Thank you Once For All for sending this Mandoline Slicer my way 💗 Since unboxing this, it’s already a kitchen staple at home and it’s a time-saver whenever I do veggie preps for cooking and for my dogs’ healthy snacks. But my favorite thing about it? It’s dishwasher safe. I don’t have to handwash it all the way so less cleaning time for me 👏🏻 I hope you enjoy watching the vlog!

🍲 Easy Butternut Squash Soup 🍲

🛒 INGREDIENTS:
— 1 butternut squash (cut into thin slices or small cubes)
— 1 tbsp chopped onion
— 1 tbsp chopped garlic
— 1 tbsp oil
— 1 chicken bouillon
— 2 cups water
— salt & pepper

👩🏻‍🍳 INSTRUCTIONS:
1/ Heat oil in pot and saute garlic and onion until soft.
2/ Add squash, salt, pepper, water, & chicken bouillon.
3/ Cover pot & bring to boil.
4/ Once boiling, lower heat & let it simmer for 10-15 mins.
5/ Remove from heat & let it cool down (mix from time to time to release heat).
6/ Once cool, blend the soup using a blender (immersion blender is best).
7/ Add cream or herb seasoning on top; serve & enjoy!
