welcome to Delish Kitchen We make roasted pork with rice cooker stab pork with knife and make it tender both sides brown the surface on high heat if you dont have time to do it, just pass this step put in the ricecooker add sugar, mirin, soy sauce and sake. then put 3 dice garlic and 1 dice ginger press the cook button as usual. If you have time, leave 4 to 5 hours by retaining warmth. It gets more softer then ready! if cut and get soft like this. This time it left 5 hours Ready to eat roasted pork! Please Like or Subscribe! ■材料
・豚ブロック　約500g（肩ロースでもバラでも可）
・砂糖　　　　100ml
・醤油 100ml
・酒　　　　　100ml
・みりん　　　100ml
・にんにく　　2-4かけ（お好みの量）
・しょうが　　1かけ
甘めの味付けなので、甘くないほうがいい場合はお砂糖を半分にしてください♪

■手順
1. 豚ブロックに強火で焼き目を入れます
2. 豚ブロックと調味料をすべて炊飯器に入れ、通常通り炊飯して完成！
3. 時間があれば4-5時間保温でおいてお区と、柔らかくなります

※ お肉に火が通っているかを確認して、お召し上がりください。
