    INGREDIENTS⁠:
    1. 400g of Kale ⁠
    2. 1-2 Tbsp of @Ossaorganic Ghee ⁠
    3. Half a lemon⁠
    4. Salt and pepper to taste ⁠
    ⁠
    METHOD⁠:
    1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius⁠
    2. Wash and dry Kale ⁠
    2. Chop and remove stem ⁠
    3. Massage the leaves with melted ghee a squeeze of lemon and sea salt & pepper⁠
    4. Put in oven for 10-15 means until desired crisp is achieved
