『サバ缶と野菜のサッと煮』の作り方
Simmered vegetables with canned mackerel Ingredients
3 leaves napa chinese cabbage
1/6 head of cabbage
4 fresh shiitake mushrooms
1 canned mackerel (seasoned)
3 deep-fried tofu
2 eggs
50cc “mentsuyu (3 times concentrated)”
1 cup water (200ml) Wash 3 leaves napa cabbage well, and remove the stalely part. Then cut them coarsely. When cut all, put them in a colander. Cut the 1/6 head of cabbage coarsely. Put the prepared chinese cabbage and cabbage in a pot.
Add 50cc “mentsuyu (3 times concentrated)”, 1 cup water (200ml), and turn on the heat. Divide the shiitake mushrooms into caps and stems,… Then tear the only stems by hand into smaller pieces, and put them into the pot. Since caps will be put into the pot later, slice them. Put the canned mackerel (seasoned) into the pot, liquid and all. Then add the sliced shiitake caps. Cut the 3 deep-fried tofu into easy-to-eat pieces,… and put into the pot. Break the 2 eggs into the pot, and cover. when the eggs are simmered to your preference, it’s done.

めんつゆ(3倍濃縮):50cc
