【新大久保】究極の厚切りサ厶ギョプサルと韓国料理食べ放題ランチ｜コリアンキッチン味ちゃん/Shin-Okubo Gourmet Ultimate Thick-sliced Samgyeopsal
This time, I was allowed to shoot at the Korean restaurant “Korean Kitchen Aji-chan (Matchan) 2nd store” in Shin-Okubo. It is a popular restaurant that was selected as one of the best restaurants in Tabelog for its reputation for serving the ultimate Sangyeopsal, which is 1.8 cm thick. In addition to all-you-can-eat bibimbap, you can also start all-you-can-eat Korean food for an additional 500 yen. I entered the store with excitement to see what kind of all-you-can-eat menu ♪ I immediately ordered the famous samgyeopsal lunch set. In addition to 4 small dishes, this is a great value set that includes japchae, pancakes, and all-you-can-drink soup and soft drinks. It is the appearance of the leading role ♪ It is called the ultimate samgyeopsal with a thickness of 1.8 cm. Aji-chan (Macchan) has three stores in Shin-Okubo, but the kitchen staff are Korean employees, so you can enjoy the authentic taste. There are also free green chili peppers and garlic, so feel free to ask the staff. The sound and the color of the browned pork are irresistible… It was a healthy but really delicious samgyeopsal! I had fried rice made for the end of samgyeopsal. Teppanyaki fried rice made with delicious pork fat and special sauce. You can’t help but stare at it, don’t you think? Finally, the fried rice is complete with nori seaweed. After that, eat as you like. I like ‘scorched’ so I had it grilled. It was the most delicious fried rice ♪ You can eat all-you-can-eat bibimbap for 980 yen only until 14:00 on weekdays. From February 13, 2023, all-you-can-eat Korean cuisine will be available for weekday lunch only. All-you-can-eat samgyeopsal and bibimbap introduced earlier, or if you order one meal such as jjigae, you can add a daily Korean all-you-can-eat service for an additional 500 yen. The all-you-can-eat menu on the day of the interview was 4 items: yangnyeom gejang, sundubu jjigae, tteokbokki, and spicy pork stir-fry. All the all-you-can-eat menus were delicious, but I was especially addicted to this yangnyeom gejang♪ In addition to the lunch menu, we also recommend the dinner course with all-you-can-drink for 2 hours. At the second store of Aji-chan (Matchan), the price does not change even on weekends and holidays, so you can rest assured ♪ All menu items can be taken out, and delivery at Uber Eats and Demae-kan is also possible. It looks like it would be fun to have a samgyeopsal party at home. By the way, the name of the restaurant is “Aji-chan”, but it seems that it means “the taste is the best, the best, the king”.
