ご苦労様です。自分ニューヨークで板前してまして、ニューヨークの鮨屋が"牛若丸"でして、その後に"弁慶" と言うラーメン屋でした。
マスヒロさんが辛いもの苦手だなんて(笑)
どういう調査で出来たばかりの店に行って取材するのか判らん。知り合いいないなら努力してまともな店を取材してください
