Every corner is meticulously cleaned and comfortable. Morning preparation begins! We slowly simmer miso soup. First, we start with the fried tofu. Season the miso soup with dashi stock♪. Cut the tofu♪. Classic miso soup with fried tofu and tofu! Miso soup is an essential part of a Japanese breakfast. Dissolve the miso and add the tofu♪. Prepare the pre-prepared offal! For the motsuni donburi and motsuni set meal♪. It seems to be simmered slowly while thawing. This amount of offal alone is amazing!! Put it on the fire and simmer♪. While the vegetables for the pork miso soup are simmering… Cut pork belly from Ibaraki Prefecture! (For pork miso soup) Sweet, oily pork belly! Apparently , this pork belly is the perfect match for pork miso soup! Just looking at it will make your mouth water! Once it’s nicely browned, add the sweet, oily pork belly to the pork miso pot! Of course it’s going to be delicious, lol. Dissolve the miso in the pot. Finally, add the tofu. After this, simmer for a long time. This place used to be run somewhere else before this. That’s right. My parents ran it, so I took over. I carefully skim off the scum from the pork miso soup. The ultimate pork miso soup is ready. Now it’s time to prepare the pork cubes! You can’t take your eyes off them yet! Cut them into large blocks one by one. The fat is sweet and delicious. About 30 pieces. 30 Shimotsuma leeks in just that morning! The rice is Koshihikari from Ibaraki Prefecture! It’s amazing how much rice you can lift! ! . The first customer of the day! A customer arrived as soon as the restaurant opened! . Seaweed, egg, and natto! A true Japanese breakfast staple! . . . On top of that, we added rice and miso soup. And topped it off with a small plate of extra offal. ♪ The Nori Tama Natto Set Meal was ¥740 (comes with rice, miso soup, tofu, pickles, and seaweed). An additional small plate of stewed offal was ¥280, and a large portion of rice was ¥150, for a total of ¥1,170. The blue-collar worker I spoke to was actually a regular! ♪ He says he stops by every morning for breakfast before work! . . He got some condiments at his usual place! . A variety of condiments that surpasses the sashi-sushi-seso seasonings found in cooking. ♪ Customers kept coming in from the morning! . . . Apparently, a motorcyclist from another prefecture is a regular who comes every time to try a different dish. This time, he had already decided on the menu he wanted. ♪ A condiment to accompany Shimotsuma natto (Fuku yokoi). Bright red kimchi goes perfectly with it. We serve the freshly cooked rice. The rider told me to try it because it was delicious, so I couldn’t resist ordering it lol. Pork miso soup set meal 800 yen (comes with rice, seaweed, tofu, and pickles). Steaming hot koshihikari rice♪. Everyone has tried this way of eating it at least once, it’s the best♪. It’s irresistible♪. Rider-san is watching us with a look on his face that says, “Isn’t it delicious?” lol. Delicious pork miso soup with lots of ingredients♪. Motsuni-komi set meal, huh? A braised pork bowl might be good♪. I think I’ll have stir-fried meat and vegetables. I’ll have this roast pork. What am I eating today? Motsuni-komi bowl♪ Again? Lettuce is placed on top of the rice. The meat is cut to perfection to preserve its tenderness. Rose pork is laid out. Garnish with shredded onions. It has a slightly sour soy sauce base. We pour in our homemade sauce made specifically for Rose Pork. This homemade sauce pairs perfectly with the meat. Roast Pork Bowl ¥1,160 (includes miso soup and pickles). The homemade sauce brings out the flavor of the meat! Seriously, try it once! It’ll make your head spin lol. The onions tossed in the homemade sauce are also delicious! The meat is tender, as you’d expect from a brand-name pork. The more you chew, the more your heart explodes with flavor. Add the noodles and set the timer. 3 minutes. These are thick noodles. While the noodles are boiling, stir-fry a generous amount of vegetables. Bean sprouts, cabbage, carrots, and onions. Stir-fry over high heat and season with salt and pepper. This is delicious on its own. Add sesame oil for flavor. Add miso soup. Add garlic and soy sauce to taste. Then, wait for the noodles to finish cooking. Drain the water thoroughly♪. Place a mountain of vegetables on top of the thick noodles and it’s done♪. Mountain of vegetable miso ramen ¥950. I keep devouring it enthusiastically♪ It’s delicious, isn’t it?! I know that♪. On top of the mountain of stir-fried vegetable miso ramen♪. Add braised pork belly♪. Add a seasoned egg♪. Add bamboo shoots♪. Add on top of that, plus fresh green onions♪.
