ご飯に合う！しっとり美味しいおかかふりかけ／It goes well with rice! Moist rice or furikake #ショート動画#おかか#Furikake

市販のふりかけは添加物がいっぱいなので　自家製ふりかけを作ってみましょう♫
作り方は超簡単！ご飯に乗せても美味しいけど　混ぜておにぎりが最高に美味しいんです☺️

【材料】

削りぶし　　　 20g

◉調味料

醤油　　　 大2

酒　　　　 大1

みりん　　 大1

砂糖　　　 大1/2

白ごま　　　 大1

① 材料を準備し 調味料は混ぜ合わせておきます。

② フライパンに調味料を入れ 弱火にかけ 鰹節を入れ炒めます。

③ 汁気が無くなるまで炒めたら白ごまを加えて全体に混ぜたら完成です。

Commercially available furikake is full of additives, so let’s try making homemade furikake♫
It’s super easy to make! It’s delicious on rice, but it’s also super delicious to mix it into onigiri☺️

[Ingredients]

Dried bonito flakes　20g

◉Seasonings

Soy sauce　2 tbsp

Sake　1 tbsp

Mirin　1 tbsp

Sugar　1/2 tbsp

White sesame　1 tbsp

① Prepare the ingredients and mix the seasonings together.

② Put the seasonings in a frying pan, heat it over low heat, add the bonito flakes and stir fry.

③ Stir fry until the liquid is gone, add the white sesame seeds and mix well to finish.
