  2. きちんとチーズケーキ生地を濾す方法で1回、あえて濾さずに1回作ってみました。

    レシピ通り濾した方が口当たりなめらかで上品、濾さなければ少しカボチャのホクホク感が食感のアクセントの様でもあり、それもまた良し🙆‍♀️

    とても美味しかったです!
