I will cook 9 chicken legs. Wash the chicken drumsticks and dry with a paper towel. Let’s prepare a marinade for chicken legs. Garlic can be finely chopped with a knife. pour in 1 teaspoon of soy sauce. I add a little more olive oil to make the marinade thinner. Stir well. For now, let’s put the marinade aside and prepare the chicken legs. Cut out the spine. Carefully debone the drumsticks, leaving the skin intact. Using a sharp knife, carefully separate the thigh meat from the bone, leaving one side. Then separate the meat from the chicken legs. Carefully separate the meat, cutting off any connected parts and removing the bones. Place the clean chicken meat on a plate. Look at the process again. You can buy chicken without bones. But I prefer to spend a little time and cook really tasty home-cooked food. With practice, this technique will become easier and quicker! As a result, we will get chicken leg fillet. Place some chicken thighs on a board. Trim the thick part of the meat slightly and open it like a book. Cover the chicken legs with cling film and soften with a kitchen mallet. Rub the chicken with the spices and oil. Rub only the inside of the chicken. Leave to marinate for 15 minutes. We do the same with all the chicken pieces. A good recipe if you are tired of simply fried or baked chicken legs. My family and guests love this recipe. I placed the chicken in a large marinating bowl. If desired, cover with cling film while preparing the filling. 1 large onion. Finely chop the onion. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add a small piece of butter. Sauté onion until translucent. 0.5 lb Champignons (about 250 g). Finely chop the mushrooms. Add the mushrooms to the pan with the onions. Mix well. While the mushrooms are frying, take out the pickled cucumbers for the filling. Cut the pickles into small cubes. If you don’t like pickles, you can replace them to suit your taste. Season with salt, pepper and a little dried garlic if desired. Remove from heat. Add fried mushrooms and diced pickles as a filling. You can add cheese if desired. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. To prepare this dish I will need a small round plate. Place the chicken fillet in it. Stuff each drumstick with the mushroom and pickle mixture. Bend the edges as in the video. Turn the plate over and remove the stuffed chicken. I do the same with all the other fillets. You can also use something else, like a ladle. This method is very convenient for stuffing any meat. Place the stuffed drumsticks in a baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (374°F) for 35 minutes. Let’s prepare the glaze mixture. 2 teaspoons sweet chili sauce. 1 teaspoon soy sauce. 1 teaspoon liquid honey. and a little olive oil. Mix well until smooth. After 35 minutes, remove the chicken legs from the oven. Spread the prepared sauce generously on top. No one would suspect that these were once chicken legs. And bake for another 5-10 minutes at the same temperature. Bake for until cooked through and golden brown. Enjoy your delicious stuffed chicken drumsticks!
