クリーミーなブロッコリースローのレシピ

I love this deliciously crunchy and creamy broccoli slaw. It’s so good that I could eat it every day of the week. This has been tweaked from our popular kleslaw recipe and has crunchy sunflower seeds and sweet golden raisins. This is a good one. First, chop up the broccoli fuettes into small pieces. Then, remove any tough parts from the stems and slice them into thin matchicks. Remember, this is a sllo, so keep everything nice and small. To add some extra flavor, let’s also chop up a bunch of green onions. Then throw everything into a big bowl with a/2 cup of chopped fresh parsley, a cup of raisins, and a cup of sunflower seeds. Mix 1 cup of mayo, regular or vegan, with 2 tbsps of apple cider vinegar, 2 tbsps dijon mustard, 1/4 teaspoon each of salt and pepper, and 2 to three dashes of toasted sesame oil. We always add an extra dash. Then fold the dressing into the broccoli and enjoy. The salad is perfect for making ahead and storing in the fridge. I hope you give it a try.

1 pound (450g) broccoli with stems, 2 to 3 small heads
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh parsley leaves, coarsely chopped
1 cup (150g) golden raisins
1 cup (150g) shelled sunflower seeds
1 cup (170g) mayonnaise, try homemade mayo
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
2 to 3 dashes toasted sesame oil, optional

When I encounter this while I'm driving and listening to your shorts and other channels, I often just keep moving. I like your channel enough to stop and tell you this.
