コストコ購入品と朝昼晩ご飯/冷凍やきそば弁当と牛すじ和風カレー、もしもの備えで整える暮らし
The package I ordered a few days ago arrived. My mug broke, so I bought a new one. It’s just as cute as you’d expect. I also received storage containers, convenient for making food in advance. They’re BPA-free (no harmful substances) and can be frozen or microwaved. I forgot to buy a deep lid, but the shallow one fits perfectly. The bamboo lid I already had fits perfectly! I also didn’t forget to order non-slip mats. I always put them off, so I’m going to get rid of them while I have the momentum. Laying them out keeps shelves clean and makes cleaning easier. After washing the storage containers I use for my lunches, I headed to Costco. The view was so beautiful, I felt like going for a drive. I got home with a big bag. First, I’ll quickly introduce what I bought today. I bought a lot of items with long expiration dates this time. My fridge is much more crowded now. I’ll quickly clear out what I bought. I’ve been interested in the new pizza. I think this is my first time trying the German potato flavor. I’ll freeze half of it. ~Another day~. When I’m ready to eat, I’ll bake it frozen. Cook in a 200°C oven or toaster oven for 15-20 minutes. Potatoes, cheese, and bacon are a surefire combination. They burned a little, but the simple flavor is delicious. Thick-cut pork has a shelf life of a week. Use thick slices for tonkatsu or roast pork. Remove the fat from stewing and cut into bite-sized pieces. Use the fat as lard for frying. When freezing, coat with olive oil to prevent oxidation, then store in the refrigerator and move to the second freezer later. I keep buying dried Japanese wakame seaweed. I love its flavor and texture. It’s also great value for money. This versatile dashi stock enhances Japanese cuisine. My goal this year was to make dashi with bonito flakes and kelp, but with this hectic month, I decided to use the power of a pack! lol. Remove the contents and use them as a seasoning for fried rice or stir-fries. Refrigerate after opening. This is the classic S&B curry powder (red can). Adding a spoonful or two to the end of curry really enhances its flavor. It’s great for potato salad or stir-fries, and having a can on hand is convenient for any dish. I take the extra step of storing perishable fruits and vegetables on the same day I use them. It’s a bit of a hassle, but doing this makes life so much easier later. Then, just eat whenever you want. 🙂 I set aside just enough mushrooms to use immediately, and freeze the rest as ajillo kits. I also added garlic and chili peppers. These are preserved foods that I keep on hand in my rolling stock. Every year on Disaster Preparedness Day in September, I review my disaster preparedness supplies. Both rice balls and bread can last for five years. I bought them a few years ago. I also have curry that lasts longer. I replaced them with new ones . While I’m here, I’d like to introduce my family’s disaster preparedness supplies. Many of the items were purchased at the 100-yen shop. Each family member has the same one. My backpack folds up small, so I use it as a spare bag for travel. Costco’s avocados are a sure hit. They’re still a little green, so I’ll leave them at room temperature to ripen. My husband, who loves spicy food, chose the hot chili Karamuucho. The spiciness was complemented by a savory and sour taste, making them addictive. They were a little spicier than the Japanese version, but also had a sweetness to them. Tonight I’ll be trying some emergency food. I’m looking forward to trying some new things. Apparently, you can make instant ramen with water, and I was wondering if it would taste good. This is the method I learned about in Disaster Preparedness Hacks. Wait 30 minutes in the summer and 60 minutes in the winter. While I was waiting, I made a salad. Thawing seafood in salt water makes it crispy. I’ll try making rice balls and curry with hot water. The cup ramen is almost ready. The noodles and ingredients are perfectly soft. It tastes like cold ramen, and it’s surprisingly delicious! I was worried about whether the thick udon type would be ready, but it was softer than Cup Noodles! Both the rice balls and curry were delicious. I hadn’t had a snack, so I’ll have something sweet to finish off the meal. It was incredibly satisfyingly delicious, and it’s reassuring to know I can have it even in an emergency. The chocolate flavor might be a matter of personal taste… Water stains on the table are starting to bother me, so I’ll oil it and clean it up. I’ll let it dry slowly until tomorrow morning. Today is my day off, so I can enjoy cooking at my own pace. I’m making pumpkin potage soup. I sauté the pumpkin and apple in butter. Add a pinch of salt. I add the consommé and water and simmer until the pumpkin is soft. I add the milk and blend it in a blender. The soup is comforting and mild. I’m eating some emergency bread, which is nearing its expiration date. This bread is so delicious I want to eat it even outside of emergencies. The maple flavor is the most popular in our house. It’s almost lunchtime. It’s hot today, so I ‘ll have some refreshing tofu noodles. Even though it’s tofu, it has a nice texture, which I like. My husband had the hot soup. I had the cold one with tuna and lemon, which was refreshing. I seasoned it with mentsuyu and olive oil. I also steamed some vegetables I had in the fridge. My husband also enjoyed the tofu noodles. For dinner tonight, I made Japanese-style beef tendon curry. It takes a while to simmer, so I prepared it early. I used pre-boiled beef tendon from Costco. I generously used Kujo scallions, ginger, and a dashi pack. I added water and sake, and then simmered it for two hours. While the curry is simmering, I prepared a yakisoba bento lunch box. I made it from a cookbook a while ago and it was delicious, so I rely on this frozen lunch box when I’m busy. The container size is 750ml. Each noodle is 135g. I added 2 teaspoons of water and 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to make it easier to separate. The first dish is yakisoba. I placed the meat on top of the vegetables. The second dish is Hong Kong yakisoba. I added seafood to chives and bean sprouts. I used oyster sauce for the sauce. 2 teaspoons oyster sauce, 2 teaspoons sake, 2 teaspoons mirin, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, salt and pepper. The third dish is dry dandan noodles. First, season the ground meat. 70g minced pork, 2 teaspoons sake, 2 teaspoons ground sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon miso, 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder, 1/2 teaspoon chili bean paste, a little ginger. Place on top of the noodles and garnish with green onions. Your three types of yakisoba bento are complete. They can be frozen for 3-4 weeks. Make sure your family can heat them up and enjoy them whenever they want. Write the flavor and microwave time on the label. Use the remaining powder sauce for fried rice or fried chicken. This will give you peace of mind even on busy days. On another day, try comparing the frozen bentos. Heat the yakisoba and then add the sauce. All three had different flavors, and they were all delicious. After two hours, the curry was coming together nicely. It was time to finish it off. Add a little S&B curry powder to the curry roux. Finish by adding some noodle soup to adjust the flavor. Add the reserved Kujo scallions for color. The salad is simple, made with avocado and tofu. The dressing is sesame oil, soy sauce, and noodle soup base. This was my first time making Japanese-style beef tendon curry, so I was looking forward to eating it. The taste was just as I expected:). The beef tendon was incredibly tender. I’d like to make this curry again when winter comes. Thank you for staying with me until the end today.

どうも、焼いてから冷まして冷凍して職場でチンすると食感が落ちていたので。
油揚げも買ってきたらまず冷凍して、休みの日に稲荷揚げに調理して、冷凍して、弁当に持って行くときがありますが、その時の消費期限ていつまで持つか母に聞いたら、何でそんなに冷凍しなあかんのやと言われました(笑)
冷凍ピザ焼く時は余熱してますか?
