濃厚クリーミーそしてほろ苦い、かぼちゃバスクチーズケーキ|美味しすぎる│本格的な味を家で楽しめて最高
Hiya! Because it’s Halloween season, I will make a sweet by using pumpkin Found the recipe on Instagram and it looked sooo good Pumpkin basque burnt cheesecake! When the basque burnt cheesecake was so popular in Japan a few years ago, I had a ready-made one from a convenience store and I remember that it was tasty but I didn’t even think to bake by myself so it’s the first time for me to bake it The difficult points are to cut the very hard pumpkin and to strain microwaved pumpkin You need enough power…! But when you overcome it, you just have to mix ingredients, so it’s relatively easy I guess Btw, pumpkins aren’t common to be used for sweets here, so people here feel a bit weird to use pumpkins for a cake I heard Beans and sweet potatoes are also considered similarly Because it’s more common to use them for salt food, a local person said that it’s weird However, I still do love such sweets including red bean paste and will keep making them lol When it’s baked, the center is jiggling Leave it inside of the cake pan until it’s cooled slightly and cool it in the fridge for more than 4 hours then ready to eat! Rich, creamy, and awesome taste! Thank you so much for watching!
Happy Halloween!
