Since you don’t have to overmix the flour, it’s said to turn out light and crispy. “Kyushu Pancake” is a pancake mix made with wheat and grains from Kyushu. I like that it’s a less sweet powder, so it pairs well with meals. Lightly coat an iron skillet with oil and cook. Heat thoroughly, then cool with a damp cloth. Simmer for three minutes over low heat. When bubbles appear, turn them over. Nice color. Top with delicious butter to finish. Cook the thick-cut bacon slowly over low heat. This looks delicious. Quickly sauté the watercress in the fat rendered from the bacon. Scoop a generous portion of carrot potage into the bowl. Drizzle olive oil and freshly ground black pepper for a stylish touch. Each item is simple, yet it feels like a slightly luxurious brunch. It’s delicious even with plenty of apple jam. The combination of salty bacon and pancakes is the best. It’s just vegetables, butter, and milk, yet this deliciousness is incredible.

      まだ全てを拝見してないのですが、とても癒されて落ち着きます。
      第一に、食材やお道具の扱い方が優しく丁寧でいらっしゃることが、とても素敵だと思います。
