【初秋の早朝5時】包丁いらずのお弁当作り|犬と人の快適リビング|実家に持ち寄る作り置きおかず
I went to bed yesterday without wiping down the stove…😇 Last night, I made a steamed dish using a bamboo steamer.👲🏻It ‘s one of my favorite cooking methods because it doesn’t use excess oil and cleanup is easy. I had some delicious fried corn the other day when I went out to eat, so I thought I’d try recreating it with baby corn. I’ll marinate it and then deep-fry it. The main dish for today’s lunch is shrimp mayonnaise.🦐 I seasoned it with salt, pepper, cooking sake, and ginger. This time, I added whole grain mustard for a tangy flavor. It’s fun to experiment with different seasonings and add a little twist to my usual recipes, discovering new things.💡I’ve been using STAUB’s Wanabe deep-fryer lately. It’s just the right size and height, so it doesn’t splash on the oil. I feel like it wasn’t soaked for long; I should have prepared it last night.😅 I lightly drained the water to prevent splashing. The frying is done. I’ll combine the shrimp with the sauce I just made. This “thick omelet mix” is a lifesaver for busy mornings . I love making my own dashimaki omelets, but being able to easily make delicious omelets is so much easier! To save time, I cut up some chives with kitchen scissors. Come to think of it, I haven’t used my knife or cutting board yet today. 😲☝🏻 I added chives for the first time this time to add some color. How does it taste? 💭 My shrimp mayo bento is complete! Be careful today, and have a great day! ♪ I’m using the leftovers from my bento for breakfast. I love Japanese food, so I usually have a lot of rice for breakfast. Do you prefer bread or rice for breakfast? I ‘ve expanded my sweet potato’s range! It’s my dream of freestyle living and dining! ✨ He hasn’t had any toilet accidents in the last few months, and his mischief has calmed down, so I decided to go for it. Now that his range of activity has expanded, both we and Imo are more comfortable. ✨ When we had him separated from us in the living room, he would look at us with sad eyes, which was a bit painful. He often spent time at the dining table or in the kitchen, and during those times, Imo was noticeably lonely. There were two main concerns when we decided to let him into the dining room: the houseplants, and the electrical outlets and plugs. So, I researched and purchased some covers. The last time Imo escaped into the dining room, he put a rock from a flowerpot in his mouth and played with it, so I purchased some rock covers. Fortunately, the leaves and trunk were not too disturbed, so Imo seems to be interested in the rocks at eye level. This white rock was one of his favorite spots, too. 😂 Oh well, it can’t be helped. The clutter of the electrical outlets and cords had been bothering me for a long time, bothering me about the appearance, so it was good to have it tidy now. To reduce the risk of electric shock, we replaced the electrical outlets with covered types. This steel tap storage box, from MUJI, allows you to store wires and keep them neat and tidy. It’s a great item. The ventilation slits on the bottom allow heat to escape, which is a nice feature. ✨ Just hiding the wires makes things so much neater! We also installed another security camera in another area of the dining room. We also increased the number of cameras to two: one to monitor the area around the living room and Imo-kun’s room, and the other to monitor the entire room, including the dining room. We organized the cords with cable cover molding, ensuring safety and a clean appearance. It wasn’t all smooth sailing; we also encountered some problems. Our current gate wasn’t long enough, so we filled the gap with an empty liquor box. 😂 We need to find a new gate soon. It seems like one day I might be able to break through the empty liquor box…🥶 I want to create a home where both dogs and humans can live safely and comfortably. My husband is working tonight, so I’m planning to take Imo-kun to my parents’ house for dinner. I’m planning to prepare two dishes and take them with me 🍳 I bought some shrimp for my lunch box, and I had a lot of leftover sauce from that morning, so I’m going to make a deli-style shrimp mayonnaise salad. I’m adding some flying fish roe for an accent. The crunchy texture is addictive when it’s in a salad or a mixed dish. It’s like my baby moves his bed and sleeps in it. Such a cute way to express himself. The other dish is a delicious side dish, either eaten as is or drizzled over tofu or meat dishes. I’ve been using sesame oil lately. I love the fragrant sesame flavor. I’ll cover it loosely with plastic wrap and heat it in the microwave. While it’s still warm, I’ll add the chives. I like how they tone down the spiciness a little. I’ll add some ground sesame seeds. Oh? The tops are facing the wrong way. I’ll dice the tomatoes. Once the chive sauce has cooled, I’ll add the tomatoes. It’s a truly versatile side dish that goes with anything. I’ll transfer it to a Tupperware container and get it ready to go. My parents also love to eat and cook, so whenever I go back to their house, we always get excited talking about food and recipes 🍙 Whenever they see my backpack, they get excited because they know they’re going to be taken somewhere. They’re little fluffy creatures who jump into the backpack on their own. Let’s go! They pop out every now and then and never miss a safety patrol. 🫡🚨Thank you all for your hard work this week 🍀

午後は実家へ。持ち寄り用に、デリ風エビマヨサラダとニラトマトを作りました。朝のお弁当に使用した食材が残っていたのでそれを使って、冷蔵庫もスッキリ✨

北海道は夏はトウキビ、あ、トウモロコシですね😅 が豊富なせいかヤングコーンはあまり馴染みがないのですが、唐揚げが美味しそうで食べたくなりました❤
