オレンジとスパイスを使ったジューシーなローストチキン。

Now, we’re going to see that today’s chicken will be seasoned. I’m adding one chopped onion here because it’s quite small and adds good flavor to the recipe. Also, three finely chopped garlic cloves to make the seasoning more complete and aromatic. 1 and 1/2 tbsp of salt to bring out the flavor of the chicken. I’m also going to add 1 teasp of dried oregano. 1 tsp of dried parsley that pairs really well. half a teaspoon of ground black pepper for a special touch and one teaspoon of hot paprika to add more flavor and color. The secret to making this chicken delicious is orange juice, which gives it a fresh and special touch. I’m going to squeeze half of a very juicy orange here. This will give our chicken a delicious flavor along with a fresh and pleasant aroma during baking. I squeeze the half orange well to get all the juice out. And I’m going to mix everything well using my hands. It’s important for all the seasonings to be well mixed into the chicken so every part gets flavor. If you prefer, you can let it marinate overnight so the chicken absorbs even more flavor. But since I’m in a hurry, I’ll prepare mine right now. Now that the chicken is seasoned, I’m putting it straight into the oven to roast. I mix it once more to make sure everything is well coated. Now, we’re going to place the chicken in a baking dish, already greased with oil and ready to go into the preheated oven. Once it’s seasoned, I arrange the chicken in the dish and I add a bit of olive oil to the bottom so it won’t stick. Then, I start placing the seasoned chicken pieces one by one. I organize the pieces in here carefully. Already well seasoned and full of flavor, ready to bake. I arrange everything so it fits well in the dish and cooks evenly. I’m using drumsticks and thighs. Nice and juicy with lots of meat. If you prefer, you can use just drumsticks or just thighs for this recipe. It will still turn out delicious and tender. I adjust everything so the pieces fit without overlapping. Even if it’s a bit tight, the chicken will shrink a little while baking. Now, I pour the rest of the marinade from the bowl over the top. I spread it well across the surface with a spoon. That way each piece gets great flavor throughout the baking. Now I’ve sliced some orange rounds to place between the chicken pieces. I make space and start placing the orange slices in between one by one. The orange will release its juice slowly while baking the chicken even more flavorful and juicy. In the end, I arrange and place them carefully in the open spaces so the juice blends well with the chicken while cooking. The orange also helps make the chicken more tender and aromatic. I’ve placed all the slices between the pieces. Now I’m placing it in the oven at 400° F for exactly 50 minutes. No need to cover it with aluminum foil. Leave it uncovered. The chicken is ready. I just took it out of the hot oven. I’m cutting a piece to show you how this delicious chicken turned out. Nicely golden on the outside and juicy on the
