砂糖:45g
クッキー(グルテンフリーのもの):90g
卵:2
オートミルク:150ml
バター:35g
※オートミルクは豆乳でも代用可能です。
※クッキーの層を省略してもケーキになります👍
※なお、グルテンフリーにこだわらなければ、もちろん小麦粉でもOKです!
※また、ラクトースフリーにこだわらなければ、牛乳でもOKです!
