코스트코 갔다가 치킨요리3가지 하기. TCI성격 검사받고 먹는 라면땅치킨과 새우꿀피자. MMPI검사
Good morning 👋🏻 Today’s breakfast is grilled jjolmyeon ! I first saw this dish years ago
at a market during a trip to Jeju Island I had a small leftover portion
of jjolmyeon from the tteokbokki, so I decided to try this new recipe
and use up my noodles Some mozzarella Now, you can add some spicy sauce
or stir-fried kimchi on top I love the tangy crunch from stir-fried kimchi All you have to do now is roll it up, super simple Market-style grilled jjolmyeon
is usually served with mayonnaise, but I happen to be out of it 🙄 So let’s top it with takoyaki sauce
and bonito flakes instead, plus some Cheongyang chili pepper
for extra heat 🌶️ At first glance, it looks like gyeranmari 🐣 Since I have to go out today, I’ll enjoy it while I get ready 🌝 Unlike gyeranmari, it’s very chewy It’s fun to eat and surprisingly filling Let’s finish the meal quickly and head right out I’m supposed to go to Dongdaemun this week, but since it’s on holiday break right now, I spontaneously decided on a Costco run My niece is on school break,
so the fridge empties fast I’m going to shop together with her family Time to grab my Costco bag and head out! As always, Ppomi’s greeting me
at the door with enthusiasm 🐶 Bag inspection is a must She smacks her lips happily
when I give her pets 🐶 My sister, a total beginner, is driving again today She’s sad she hasn’t gotten
the hang of reversing yet 😅 After the tense trip, we’re finally at Costco… The moment we got off,
everyone instantly felt happier 😮💨 To effectively calm those nerves and keep impulse buys in check, we decided to eat before shopping today First up is my favorite, tteokbokki My must-order combo at Costco is this: tteokbokki with their Pork Bake ! Dipping the meat-loaded Pork Bake into the sweet-spicy tteokbokki sauce
is just perfect 👍🏻 After that quick meal, our shopping begins 🛒 A very convenient-looking electric grinder I thought being full
would stop me from buying on impulse, but look at this sleek-looking tray 👀 Immediately saying I’d take it Tray 2ea
19,990 won Microwave steamers look great these days A huge bag of bacon crumbles 🥓 I’m browsing through some healthy ingredients I also found a snack
I’d been curious about for a while I usually buy oils and vinegars at Costco, and this one’s famous
for being large in size and affordable White balsamic vinegar
21,990 won Burrata cheese’s on sale too ! Burrata cheese 4ea
13,490 won Canned whelks are also on sale ! 😁 Canned whelk 3ea
26,990 won Trying some chicken nuggets
that Kkomaeng loves 🍗 Continuing the shopping together with her,
sharing our preferences 👭 This is what I like Perilla oil makguksu
that doesn’t require boiling the noodles ! Kkomaeng’s pick was a giant watermelon She’s looking thrilled while picking one out 🍉 This smoked salmon has
different flavors depending on the cut 🍣 I was going to repurchase
the olive bread I liked before, but decided to try pita bread
for the first time from Costco The meal kit section is always tempting The new gnocchi looked delicious 🥔 Costco’s rotisserie chicken
is supposedly a loss leader 7,490 won
I can’t resist good bait like that 🎣 I bought this one for my mom to try 🌝 It suddenly smells so good in here 👀 The joy of in-person shopping: free samples 😋 Since it’s Boknal season, I’m seeing
a lot of health food ingredients I picked up chicken, which is easy to use up 🍗 Tucking it away with ice packs
so it wouldn’t spoil in the heat Hodu gwaja!? I need this With a full cart, we’re going home 🎶 Three households
shopped together at Costco today, but since everyone was busy,
we didn’t split things up I just took my share Here’s the perilla oil makguksu
with soybean noodles I was curious about This is a box of burrata It comes with four pieces, all frozen I’ll keep them for salads later I often crave whelks in summer Hodu gwaja 🤎 And this is the famous
white balsamic vinegar from Costco I bought it to try I heard Costco had whole chickens
for samgyetang during Boknal, but apparently
they discontinued them yesterday So I went with
deboned chicken thighs instead This tray was an impulse buy
just because it looked nice It’s made from ash wood It’s lightweight and reasonably priced They also had a darker cherry wood color, which I actually prefer, but I thought the lighter shade
would suit my table better It gives off a neat, tidy feel ! More than 95% of my Costco
shopping’s always food! I was so curious about these Kimchips ! It has a definite kimchi aroma It tastes like the crispy edges of a kimchi jeon I’m craving beer now!
Kimchi jeon flavor in a snack? So interesting 😋 The tomato sprouts have grown quite a bit, right? 3 out of 15 dried out in the heat 😇 Still, the other tomato buffet branch
is coming along nicely 🍅 The vegetables are ripening quickly
with the hot weather Since I skipped both Chobok and Jungbok this year, I picked up some chicken to make up for it Whole chicken is too much work to prep, so I’m making samgye nurungji chicken
with deboned chicken thighs Because samgyetang needs
to simmer for a long time, it is too much trouble to make
at home on a hot day But I heard it’s really simple
with the rice cooker’s steam function Layer soaked glutinous rice → chicken →
onion, green onion, & garlic → 1 samgyetang broth pack Adding one broth tablet 🐟 Now the rice cooker will do all the cooking! ?? My rice cooker isn’t responding.. “I only cook rice” It wasn’t responsive,
maybe since I never use the braise function so I gave up and transferred everything 😇 Plan B: the cast iron pot 🔥 The plan changed a bit, but since I skipped Chobok and Jungbok, I’ll make sure to properly celebrate Malbok Here’s my tip for delicious cucumber muchim ! Soak sliced cucumbers in salted water, and you’ll get a refreshing yet crunchy salad It takes a little time for them to pickle, but it’s worth it for a proper Malbok meal 🍗 Mince Cheongyang chili and garlic, and drain the salted cucumbers And today, I’m adding a high-protein ingredient Whelks are said to have
more protein than abalone 🐚 Usually, I use apple cider vinegar
for the tangy flavor, but today I’m trying
the balsamic vinegar I was curious about 3 Gochugaru, 2 soy sauce, 1 sugar,
2 fish sauce, minced garlic, 1 vinegar I usually add gochujang for my whelk muchim, but today I skipped it
so it wouldn’t overwhelm the chicken Looking at the generous portion
already makes me happy 🥺 Mixing it thoroughly so it soaks up
all the seasoning Perfect 🙂↔️ Finally, folding in fragrant
yeongyang garlic chives The chicken’s been simmering for a long time 🍗 The whole kitchen is filled
with the rich aroma of the herbal broth The highlight of this recipe
is the glutinous rice nurungji ?? Not exactly what I imagined,
but it still looks delicious Cucumber muchim usually goes soggy fast,
so it’s best eaten right away But since I made it with salted cucumbers,
it was still tasty the next day 🌝 Time to deliver this nourishing meal 💨 Your craving is your body telling you
it needs that certain food I hadn’t felt like having this
during Chobok or Jungbok, but today I really wanted its clean, mild baeksuk I prefer juicy cuts over dry ones, so with the whole chicken, I usually save the drier breast meat to make dakjuk This time, since I used only thigh meat, so it was flavorful, tender,
and never tiring to eat 🍗 A perfect match with the tangy and spicy
whelk and cucumber muchim 🧡 The glutinous rice nurungji was nutty and chewy And the refreshing cucumber muchim made the whole meal
disappear without a trace 😋 The chicken’s gone, but I left a little room in my stomach I love sweet red bean paste, so naturally I also love hodu gwaja I sometimes stock up on a box,
freeze it, and enjoy it later Since Costco had just released
a new one, I bought it While my hodu gwaja is baking to a crisp, I’m getting into my work clothes and waiting! How’s the inside of Costco’s hodu gwaja…? Oh…? Where’s the red bean paste..? I’ve seen hodu gwaja without walnuts before, but never without red bean paste.. I see the tiniest bit These were filled generously
with whole jumbo walnuts Every single one of the five pieces
had them, 100% guaranteed Adding butter makes them even better 🌝 Sweet red bean paste and butter
are a perfect match, so making a little sandwich
like this is just delicious Now it’s time for me to head to work 💨 At first, I didn’t like
how little red bean paste there was, but I found the filling was packed generously
on both sides of the walnut I’ll be working hard while snacking 🌝 Another day Starting my morning
by refilling my empty honey jar 🍯 Since it’s the weekend,
I’ll set the laundry going and get ready for a leisurely breakfast After sleeping in, I am still a little groggy So to wake myself up, I’ll make
some grated carrot salad 💪🏻 Once you shred a carrot, you have one less breakfast worry
for about three days 🥕 Some salt While the carrot’s getting pickled,
let’s prep the peaches 🍑 Because of all the rain lately, the peaches aren’t as sweet,
so I’ll turn them into a salad The burrata is round like a jewel Tear the burrata open, and lay the peach slices on top 🍑 Pepper
Olive oil Balsamic vinegar Finishing with sweet honey 🐝 Adding some dill, my favorite herb these days 🌿 After about ten minutes of pickling the carrot,
mix in whole-grain mustard, pepper, balsamic vinegar (or lemon juice),
olive oil, and honey Grated carrot salad is delicious right away, but letting it sit for a day
brings out a richer flavor As you’re watching, you may think
I have a new breakfast every day But on days I’m not filming,
I usually eat the same thing I had this peach salad for three days in a row 😄 I think adding passion fruit pearls on top
would make it even better A bright, refreshing breakfast ✨ The peaches were a bit bland, but with the nutty cheese and fruity pearls,
they were so good I’ve been looking forward to this weekend I’ll head out after this hearty breakfast Burrata is also great in a carrot sandwich 😊 I’m making sure to enjoy as much fruit
as I can before summer ends That was a delicious meal 🍑 I’m off to something fun today My friend has been curious about TCI temperament testing, which is a bit like MBTI I already have a rough idea
of my temperament in abstract terms, but this will be my first time seeing it
in a scientific analysis report The plan is to get tested,
then have lunch with my friend It’s Saturday at 10 AM Since I filled out the questionnaire
at home in advance, the results should be ready quickly If they’re interesting, I might share them! Today’s theme is cool blue 🩵 After finishing the test and consultation, my friend and I’m here at a coffee shop “Majui” A small, cozy space with a warm atmosphere Over some beverage, we’ll chat about the temperament test results! A clean, rich drip coffee and a lemon tiramisu 🍋 The results were fascinating! We did a stress test first My score was 51, which is on the high side 😇 Sugar intake for stress management My friend usually enjoys whatever I suggest, and my self-directedness score was 82
while hers was just 6 My friend actually likes being led, so we’re a perfect match 😄 The two most striking graphs
from my temperament test: Harm avoidance
Self-directedness I’ll share the full details later at home I grabbed an ice cream I’d been curious about
at a convenience store Browsing some fun new releases 👀 Today’s tests I got were the TCI and MMPI I enjoyed discovering parts of me
that I didn’t consciously know about Seeing in concrete numbers what I’d only vaguely sensed
was really satisfying This one is a mango ice cream I’ll give you a review as I try it I thought I might come out
as the novelty-seeking type But not at all! I prefer stable environments over change and tend to act according to plans The two standout high scores were harm avoidance
and self-directedness, both at 82 This means I’m sensitive to risks and failure, making me a careful and cautious person Let me read off of my memo I have strong self-determination
and responsibility I set my own goals
and act independently like a leader My social sensitivity score is low, meaning I have little need
for external validation or affection I’m also independent in relationships
without getting overly entangled Looking at my temperament now, I can see why I feel satisfied working alone But some parts of the results surprised me Overall, it helped me
understand myself better The mango ice cream is delicious 🥭 It’s chocolate on the outside, and mango sorbet inside Every temperament has
both strengths and weaknesses, so being aware of the latter
will help me manage them better For a weekend dinner treat, I’ll be making fried chicken and pizza
with the leftover chicken thighs I’d already used one pack
for delicious jjimdak 🍗 Still thinking about the test results
while prepping the chicken 🤔 Salt + pepper The test summary said I might feel burdened by new changes or bold adventures My preference for familiar places and things might also be part of my temperament It made me feel
like I understood myself a bit better Minced garlic, 4 flour, 1 starch, 6 milk And the one thing I know for sure: I’m happiest when I’m eating Relieving my stress by smashing ramyeon 🔥 I hadn’t made in a long time ! I’m making ramyeon fried chicken 🧡 Ramyeon is delicious in any form, but used as a frycoat,
it becomes extra crispy and tasty 🍗 I only used about half of the chicken thigh Temperature check 🔥 Dropping the chicken into the preheated oil Normally, fried foods taste better double-fried, but since ramyeon is already fried once, I only need to fry it once for a crispy finish The sound of frying is always soothing 😌 Thinner noodles give the best texture, so the noodles from Snackmyeon
or Sari Gomtang Myeon work well 🍜 Since I only used one pack of ramyeon,
I have leftover batter I’ll fry the rest of the chicken without ramyeon, into half-and-half yangnyeom chicken They say a stress index of 35
or more indicates stress, and mine was 51, meaning,
I deserve a special meal 😎 Once the sauce starts bubbling, coat the chicken evenly and mix it well The subtle soy sauce aroma
mingles with chili oil ❤️ Getting the space ready for the chicken 🥬 The freshly fried half-and-half chicken
is good to go 💁🏻♀️ Today’s side dish is a shrimp and honey pizza
made with pita 🍕 String cheese on the edges
will make every bite delicious Fried chicken is one of
my favorite comfort foods But changing up the side dishes
makes it even better 1. Fried chicken + Whelk muchim 2. Fried chicken + tteokbokki 3. Fried chicken + pizza Today, I’m going with option 3 🍕 Whole shrimps infused with garlic aroma
and plenty of mozzarella 🍤 Finally, a drizzle of sweet honey to finish, plus a touch of fragrant dill 🌿 I heard the white balsamic vinegar
from Costco is good as a drink, so I tried adding a splash
to sparkling water 🤔 It’s not really my thing So happy with today’s meal! 🍗 The shrimp honey pizza may be tiny, but it’s packed with cheese and flavor 👍🏻 The ramyeon fried chicken
has an irresistibly crispy frycoat, while the sauced version
is tender inside with a fun contrast 😋 The weekend should always end
with a well-deserved reward meal Looking back on my recent days, I realize I’ve just been waiting
for good things to happen From now on, I’m going to take the initiative to do things I enjoy and that bring me comfort I’ll take good care of myself
whenever I can! Thank you for watching today’s video 🧡

Hi, everyone!
In this vlog, I'm taking you along for a Costco run and then a Malbok meal at home.
I've always known about the TCI and MMPI tests,
but taking them turned out to be even more insightful than I expected!
Turns out, my self-directedness score is quite high, and I'm more of a harm avoidance type.
My stress index also came out higher than average,
so I treated myself to some delicious food and plenty of rest.😅
Hope you enjoy this video!

19:17 Here in the US it is very unusual to eat peaches and pears while they are still crispy. We eat them when they a fully ripe and soft. They are very juicy and sticky and messy then too. 😄
Mouthwatering dishes ❤ from Canada ❤❤❤
What about trying Egyptian pickled cucumbers? 🇪🇬
Ingredients:
½ kg small cucumbers (smaller ones taste better)
3–4 garlic cloves, cut in half
2 cups boiled water (cooled slightly before use)
2 tbsp coarse salt
½ tsp sugar (balances the taste and keeps them crunchy)
½ cup white vinegar
Chili pepper (optional)
A pinch of dried coriander or dill (optional, for flavor)
Method:
1. Wash the cucumbers well and make small slits with a knife (so they pickle faster).
2. In a glass jar, layer the cucumbers, garlic, and chili pepper.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the water, salt, sugar, and vinegar until the salt dissolves.
4. Pour the mixture over the cucumbers until fully covered.
5. Seal the jar tightly and leave it at room temperature (not in the fridge) for 3–5 days.
6. Once they reach the flavor you like, refrigerate them to keep them crunchy.
Tip: The longer you leave them, the tangier they get!
