具だくさんのとろ〜り半熟玉子サンド Thick Egg Salad Sandwich with Soft Boiled Eggs / Wanpaku sando

Thin slice a cucumber and sprinkle salt on to dehydrate. Rub the sliced cucumber with salt and let it sit for 10 minutes. Thin slice a tomato as well. Cut some slice of ham into a size easy to sandwich. Cook soft boiled eggs and hard boiled eggs at the same time. Put eggs that are at room temperature into boiling water.
Soft boiled eggs → 6 minutes.
Hard boiled eggs →10 minutes. Turning eggs in the first few minutes of boiling makes egg yolks to be in the centers. Take eggs out 6 minutes later and put them into iced water. Keep boiling the other two for 4 minutes more. By peeling the shell of boiled egg in water, water enters between the shell and the egg helps peeling them easily. Crush hard boiled eggs and season with mayonnaise and black pepper. Squeeze the sliced cucumber to remove the excess water. Season the cucumber with sugar, vinegar and olive oil. Toast 2 slices of plain bread. Prepare wax paper or sandwich Put the toast on the paper and spread mustered on the toast. Put the ham and the tomato on the toast. Spread the egg salad on top of that. Place soft boiled eggs widthwise. Put the cucumbers on the eggs. Shape the sandwich with plastic wrap while pressing it little. Align the bottom and the top edges of the paper. Fold them tightly. Fold both sides of edges as well. Fold them down to fix the shape of the sandwich. Cut the sandwich with the paper. Thank you for watching!

・常温の玉子を使用
・沸騰したお湯で６分
　（流れない程度の黄身が良ければ７分）
・最初の数分混ぜながら茹でる事で黄身が中心に来る
・茹であがりは氷水で急冷
　（余熱で火が入るのを防ぐため）
