    (Baby Octopus & Pork Belly) Today, I ordered the popular Korean food, Jukkumi Samgyeopsal~ It’s a platter! The place is located near Seokchon station, the next stop of Jamsil station. [Matjip Gongyoo DLAB(맛집공유디랩)]
    It’s a place called Matjip Gongyoo DLAB. There are a few branches in Seoul since the place is a franchise. They’re actually a bento place, not a jukkumi restaurant! They sell many different bentos. Sundae soup, kimchi-jjigae, budae-jjigae, tteok-mandoo soup… there are also other bentos. This time, I ordered Jukkumi Samgyeopsal bento box. Jukkumi is a baby octopus, and Samgyeopsal is pork belly sliced into thick pieces. So this is their stir-fried dish~ Ta-da~! Looks so good! This is how it looks~ Besides, I added tteok and cheese. And this a rice ball which comes together in the platter. It’s a bite-size rice ball that you make it by yourself!
    In Korea, it’s usually served as self-made. It has rice, seaweed, and flying fish roe inside, which we put on the glove and make our own rice balls with them. And the sauce… this is fried egg that I added. Eh…?
    It’s a little smashed lol This is yaki udon that I also extra ordered.
    (stir-fried udon) Wow, it looks yummy~ This is what I like lol And these are the side dishes. Pickled radish wrap, kimchi, gochujang, sliced chili pepper… there’s also macaroni salad. Let me first make the rice balls. Now, they’re ready~ Today, I’m gonna have this Jukkumi Samgyeopsal bento box. I could’ve made them more simply, but I wanted to make them as good as possible… I tried my best lol And there’s also yaki udon. The price is… this! Let’s move it aside to make some space! Empty the space a little~ And today’s beverage is soda! Let me try them out. Bon appetite! Let’s first take a sip~ Nice~! This is delicious 100%! This one is Jukkumi, a baby octopus! The legs look smooth and elastic. And this is the pork! Let’s have it with cheese~ It’s a little firm now but still tastes good~! I love the barbeque smell. There’s also the stem of garlic inside. The barbeque scent smells good. I also like the spicy and sweet taste. The rice ball I made! It has flying fish roe inside along with danmuji. Yummy! This is so good! OMG, this is fantastic! Oh, the kimchi! It seems to go well with the yaki udon. Also has a chewy gooey tteokbokki inside! Rice cake~ I extra ordered it! Delicious lol There’s also cabbage inside. The udon is seasoned the same as Jukkumi, which tastes sweet and spicy. Also has enough fatty taste, which is nice. Like this… It’s fantastic when having it with meat. Look~ Awesome lol The udon is rather chewy than being elastic. Nice chewy udon. The flying fish roe popping in my mouth and the savory Korean seaweed… Amazing! Macaroni Good, there’s also corn kernels inside. Pickled radish wrap! Let me wrap this with it. The refreshing taste of vinegar~ Sweet & sour. The fizzy drink goes so well with this. Nice~ Good that I ordered udon. It’s delicious having enough fatty flavors and juice. This is incredible~ Spicy but not too intense. It tastes spicy but the barbeque flavor neutralizes it. I like the texture of the baby octopus. I love having it with the pickled radish and kimchi! This kimchi is slightly sour which refreshes the greasy taste. The cheese turned firmㅠㅠ Because I spent too much time making the rice balls lol If you’re making rice balls, I suggest making them in a smaller size. This isn’t a bite-size… it needs a second bite. Yummy. Wow… the cheese is firm… What is this? Is it king oyster mushroom? Flimsy… Ah, it is king oyster mushroom. There’s king oyster mushroom inside.
    This food has a lot of ingredients in it. What I’m doing right now is… don’t you often see adding an octopus on top of a rice ball like this? Do it this way lol I just wanted to try. That’s all lol Oops, I dropped it. In the comments, some people said I keep looking at here…? In the right? The left? They asked me if I’m watching a TV or so… There’s no TV! This room is utterly for shooting a video, so I don’t take videos while watching a TV. I forgot about it. My extra ordered fried egg! I totally forgot about it. What’s this sauce for? Not sure what this sauce is… but is it for dipping Jukkumi? I don’t know. Never mind lol I’ll also have the fried egg. Looks good. Still, a lot of tteokbokki left! Chewy~ The yolk is half boiled. Half boiled egg so good. I actually prepared some seaweed. Having this sweet and spicy thing with seaweed seemed good…! But this pickled radish wrap is enough. I mean, this is instead more refreshing and tastes better. I got to find it as I’ve kept eating this lol There’s also onion inside. So many ingredients are in here that I keep finding things after time. Nice tteokㅠㅠ I like it.
    A good choice that I added it to my order~ It wasn’t visible but there’s still some udon left! It was good! Ah, excellent~ When I tried to shoot a video in this morning, I wondered what I should have but this Jukkumi Samgyeopsal was a great choice. Fantastic! The only thing I regret is that I didn’t have this seaweed together, but~ It was still good without the seaweed. And the perilla leaf! I like it if it’s stir-fried together in a dish or as a topping… but having it as a wrapper isn’t my taste. I would get used to it after time, so I’ll try later once it seems okay for me. My hubby likes it, so I can use it when cooking dinner for him. There’s a lot of Korean Jukkumi chains, also in Hongdae. You can order delivery or dine in. It’s usually good when having it stir-fried in the restaurant in front of me but I realized that having it delivered tastes also good. I had a blast today as well. It was a great meal.
