Easy and Fast Seafood Recipe(shrimp, calamari, mussels)with Vegetables
Hi everyone, I am Andrey and welcome to
my channel ThinkOFood today we’re going to make
a really easy to make and fast Saute seafood That is going to
impress your friends the next day they are coming over and you can serve it as
a first course or as a sharing between all of your friends
in the middle of the table with all of the colours so stay tuned because it’s
going to be interesting As we start all our videos let’s go over
the ingredients and see that we actually have everything
and if we forgot something we need to make changes
so we have shrimp here mussels calamari with the skin and the shrimp
and the calamari it’s already clean if you want me to make a video about how
to clean seafood let me know in the comments below and
for now we’re going to just cut the clean
calamari we have for our vegetables we have parsley we
have four colored peppers roman tomato dried chili from the garden
two garlics and we have our white sea bass that we’re going to fill in we’re
going to use only one Basically, you can buy also already made
filet or fish I prefer to buy the whole one and use it
for stocks and everything else here I’m just going to cut it into
pieces and actually, we don’t want the skin so what
we’re going to do I’m going to go under the skin
and take the skin down and we’re going to cut it into cubes okay so now when the fish is already cut we’re going to cut the
calamari now and after that, we’re going to cut the vegetables so you need to come
closer take a look at the board So the calamari
is already clean as I said the heads are ready I want them
as whole the calamari I want it with the wings
so we’re going to take the bottom this one we don’t want
and cut it depend on the size three four
five pieces okay so now for our vegetables Now we move to the cooking station and
we have a pan on the on high heat let’s go over the ingredients and check
that we didn’t forget anything. We have the peppers we have tomatoes
garlic chilli parsley salt pepper and the seafood we have the mussels
calamari shrimp and the fish so we’re going to
start with olive oil Nicely Now we’re going to add our
peppers Now what we want to do is give it a nice
colour chard and it’s on really high heat now
so always mix it mix it we’re going to season them with salt
and pepper Now when we have the colour we’re going
to take those peppers back to the bowl put the pan back on the heat
still when it’s hot and nice. Lower a little bit the heat
and now we’re going to start our fresh mussels
let them open a little bit now we’re going to add the calamari Also pepper We’re going to add the fish The shrimp as well Because I don’t have an actual flame I’m
going to stir it with a spoon. Now we’re going to
add our peppers. Mix it. Touch a little bit of fish
if it’s firm we’re going to add all our other ingredients. Garlic
give it the flavour chilli bake it tomatoes and the parsley salt and mix it and now what you’re going to do you can
serve it as it is with the pan or you can move it to a bigger plate and
put it in the mid le and everybody can going to share. A couple of pieces of lime.

Today we are going to make an easy and fast seafood recipe that you can share with your friend at home and we will use calamari, shrimps, and mussels in it. For this recipe we will use chilli but, if you are looking for a bit less spicy dish you can just leave the chilli out of the ingredients.
Sauté Seafood recipe
Number of serves: 4-5 People Calories per portion: 285 Cal
👉 Ingredients:
Shrimps 160 gr. (8 pieces)
Mussels 120 gr. (10 pieces)
Calamari 300 gr. (6 pieces)
Parsley 8 gr.
Fish 150 gr. (1 filet)
Coloured Peppers (4 colours) 240 gr. (60 gr. each)
Cherry tomatoes / Roman tomatoes 140 gr. (1 medium Roman or 9 cherries)
Garlic 16 gr. (2 cloves)
Red chilli 11 gr. (1 piece)
Salt, black pepper To taste
Olive oil 40 ml.
Lemon (optional) 160 gr. (1 Piece)
➡️ Method of Cooking:
✅ For the Seafood
First, soak the mussels in salted water for about 15-20 minutes. Then rinse them under cold water and debeard them (clean them)
Then clean the seafood. I am using fresh shrimps and I leave the heads on as they contain a lot of flavours. The calamari, I am cleaning the inside and cutting into rings and keeping the heads as a whole.
Take the skin from the fish and cut it into cubes (1.5cmx1.5cm).
✅ For the Vegetables
Cut the peppers into cubes (1.5cmx1.5cm) and the same for the tomatoes if you are using Roman tomatoes or cherry tomatoes you can cut them in half.
Peel, crush and slice the garlic. Chop the parsley.
✅ Cooking
Heat a pan and add the olive oil.
Sauté the peppers in the pan for a couple of minutes until they are nicely roasted. Season them with salt and black pepper. Take them out of the pan back to the bowl.
In the same pan add more olive oil and start sautéing the seafood. Starting with the mussels and calamari. The process should be done in a hot pan otherwise the seafood will be cooked in its juices and will be chewy. Then when the mussels opened, and the calamari is halfway cooked, add the shrimps and fish and keep cooking for about 1-2 minutes on high heat.
Add back the peppers. Add the tomatoes and garlic. Mix all the seafood and vegetables in the pan and add the parsley. Taste for salt and pepper and if necessary correct seasoning to taste.
Serve in the pan on a wood board.
Cut the lemons into quarters and serve on a separate plate.
