☆今日のおやつレシピ
70g ビスケット
35g 無塩バター
✩チーズケーキ
200g クリームチーズ
30g 砂糖
100g ヨーグルト
3g ゼラチン
15g 牛乳
✩苺ゼリー
150g 苺(冷凍でも生でも)
15g 砂糖
2g ゼラチン
15g 水
①バターを600wのレンジで1分ほど温め溶かす
②ビスケットを砕きバターと混ぜる
全体がしっとりするように、足りない場合はバターを足して
③クッキングシートを敷いた型に敷き込む
④ゼラチンを牛乳でふやかす
⑤常温で柔らかくしたクリチを良く練り砂糖を混ぜる
ここでだまをなくすのがポイント
⑥半分のヨーグルトでのばす
⑦ふやかしたゼラチンを溶かす
⑧残りのヨーグルトを入れて混ぜる
⑨ゼラチン液をチーズクリームに入れてよく混ぜる
⑩側面に苺を貼り付けた型に流し冷やし固める
苺ゼリー
①苺に砂糖を加えてレンジで温める
②ミキサーにかけてピューレにする
③ゼラチンを水でふやかす
④ゼラチンを溶かしピューレの一部を加えてよく混ぜすぐに全部混ぜる
⑤型に流して冷やし固める
ゼラチンやバターはレンジで温めますが、沸騰しないように
レンジの中を覗きながら温めてください。
