しょうゆ 大さじ1
お酢   大さじ1
砂糖   大さじ2
鶏肉   300g
片栗粉  適量
卵    1個
オイル  適量

タルタルソース
らっきょ  5個 みじん切り
たまねぎ  4/1 みじん切り
マヨネーズ 適量
牛乳    大さじ1
あったら 
 ゆで卵1個 みじん切り
 ヨーグルト 大さじ1
