コストコ購入品と朝昼晩ご飯🛒/まるごと冷凍弁当を作って暑い夏を乗り越える/ふたり暮らしVLOG

I’m going to clean my enamel pot, which has been bothering me with stains. I add two tablespoons of baking soda and boil for about 10 minutes. While it’s boiling, I also clean my knife. Even a simple knife sharpener can make it surprisingly sharp. While I’m at it, I also clean my honey container. I boil the kitchen cloth as well, turn off the heat, and leave it to cool. I’ll cook the rice first, as I’ll be making frozen lunches later. After finishing my kitchen work, I head to Costco. Today I plan to go in quickly and come back quickly. Today’s shopping trip went more smoothly than usual. First, I’ll arrange the items I bought on the table. Now, I’ll introduce today’s purchases one by one. I put the meat and ice cream in the fridge, so I’ll put away the pot and the cloth that I had been soaking. The stains were so bad I was worried they wouldn’t come off in one go, but just rubbing them with a sponge made them look nice and clean. It started raining, so I hung the cloth out to dry indoors. Now it’s time to tidy up. I’ll put things away one by one. I didn’t have my usual glutinous barley, so I decided to try pressed barley this time. It was my first time, but it was just as delicious as glutinous barley. It’s a vacuum-packed blend of rice. This green tea is made with 100% Kyushu tea leaves. It has a clean aftertaste and is easy to drink. For this flavor and quantity, I think it’s a great value. I’ll keep it frozen to preserve the aroma and freshness. I saw some Australian honey for the first time. I was out, so I bought some to try. I love that it doesn’t drip! As its rich appearance suggests, the taste is a little similar to brown sugar. Individually wrapped, these mixed nuts are easy to eat. They also help maintain freshness, which is a plus. They contain five types of nuts. These are croissants, a popular snack in Korea. They’re so flat! They’re crispy and light like a pie. They have a subtle caramel flavor and aren’t overly sweet. It’s been a while since I bought bagels. I chose my favorite flavor, cinnamon raisin. When freezing, cut it in half for easier eating. Turning one half over makes it easier to remove without sticking. I wrote the date of freezing on it so I wouldn’t forget. Next, I’ll prepare the pork tenderloin. This is a small pack of pork tenderloin, perfect for two people. Wipe off any moisture with kitchen paper to prevent odors. This time, I’ll make two types of pork tenderloin piccata. I previously made it with thinly sliced pork, which was delicious, so this time I’ll use tenderloin. Season with salt and pepper and coat with flour. 300g pork tenderloin, flour to taste, salt and pepper to taste, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons grated cheese, 1 teaspoon curry powder or green laver . If you freeze it, all you need to do is thaw and bake. Butter will give it a richer finish, while olive oil will give it a lighter finish. I was previously asked about caring for my cutting board, and after cutting meat, I wash it and sterilize it in boiling water. I’m a little tired, so I’m taking a break with something sweet. This mango pudding is filled with plenty of mango puree and jelly. It ‘s rich and delicious! I’m so glad I bought it :). Since it was a bit too much, I’ll freeze some. I’ll use a muddler to make it like a popsicle. I’m making six bento boxes for busy days. I’ve been taking online courses to improve my skills lately, which is fun, but juggling school and work can be a bit hectic. First, I’ll make the pilaf. Since it will be frozen, it’s important not to overcook the vegetables. I kept the seasoning simple: salt, pepper, and consommé. I packed only three servings of rice, reserving half. I added ketchup to the remaining rice to make chicken rice. By letting the ketchup evaporate before mixing, the rice becomes fluffy. You can make two different types of rice by simply changing the flavor. For the eggs, I mixed pizza cheese and a little milk. Adding cheese helps prevent the rice from hardening when frozen. Now, my chicken pilaf and omelet rice are ready. Next, I made some side dishes for my lunch box. I made a batch of ham cups in a muffin tin. I cut four slits in the muffin tin and lined them to create the containers. The first one is the classic combination of corn and mayonnaise. The second one is a quiche-style dish with mixed vegetables and eggs (I forgot to add the milk). 2 slices of ham, 2-3 tablespoons of mixed vegetables, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of milk, 1 tablespoon of grated cheese. The third one is fluffy hanpen cheese. I added mixed vegetables and mayonnaise. Hanpen retains its flavor and texture even when frozen, which is great. 2 slices of ham, 1/2 bag of hanpen, 2-3 tablespoons of mixed vegetables, 1-2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, salt and pepper. To finish, I topped them with plenty of cheese and baked them in the toaster for 8-10 minutes. Once cooked, let it cool completely before packing it into your lunch box. While it’s cooling, make another dish with chikuwa. Cut it into six pieces, leaving 1cm of top left. Thread the cut end through the hole on the other side. If it tears and you can’t roll it properly, microwave it for 7-10 seconds for easier assembly. Top with mixed vegetables and the chikuwa will transform into a flower! All you have to do is pack it into your lunch box and freeze. I also added broccoli and edamame beans for color. After freezing, I usually eat it all within two weeks. The rice and side dishes are slightly different, so I think I’ll never get bored of enjoying it. That takes the cleanup and prep work out of the way. Today I’m taking it easy and having dinner from the Costco deli. I’ve been curious about what chicken tastes like. This blue cheese sauce tastes like Caesar dressing. All you have to do is microwave it. Mac and cheese is a classic American treat. It comes in a generous 18-pack. This recipe contains dried macaroni and powdered sauce. It’s easy to make; just mix the powdered sauce into the boiled pasta. While the pasta is cooking, I’ll prepare the watermelon. I’ll share half with my neighbors tomorrow. I’ll cut the rest into bite-sized pieces for immediate consumption. The macaroni is done. I add butter and milk to the sauce to make mac and cheese. It’s also delicious with spinach or chicken. Dinner is ready. Mac and cheese is a matter of personal taste, but I like the slightly instant flavor. The buffalo chicken is spicy and delicious, but it’s a little spicier than I expected, so be careful if you don’t like spicy food. The spicy chicken and sweet watermelon were just right! I have the day off today, so I’ll take my time making breakfast. This pancake mix is convenient, and all you need is milk. Just add milk up to the milk level line and mix. I used almond milk this time. It’s hard to mix, so shake and turn the mix upside down to mix well. Today I decided to make mini pancakes. Just flip the whole sheet over and they’re done. I used Greek yogurt instead of heavy cream. I lightly crushed the nuts from the bag and used them as a topping. On a day off, I take my time making and eating what I like. Just doing that somehow makes me feel fulfilled. I put the rest in the fridge and have it for tomorrow’s breakfast. I picked a little rosemary to use for dinner. I have a seminar in the afternoon, so I’ll eat a frozen packed lunch. They look delicious even frozen! Microwave them at 600W for 5 minutes with the lid ajar (per piece). The sencha was delicious even chilled. My husband had hot soup (he’s working from home today). For dessert, I also had some Yukimi Daifuku. There were three flavors: vanilla, matcha, and mango. While eating lunch, I briefly reviewed the seminar. First, the ice cream before it melted! lol. Both the mango and matcha had a rich, rich flavor. The rice and side dishes in the bento were just as delicious as before they were frozen. My husband really liked the chikuwa and ham cups! Having frozen bento boxes was really helpful, so I’d like to prepare some more on a day when I have more time. It’s already dinner time. For dinner, I’m making corn rice with grilled lamb. I usually use Japanese dashi for my corn rice, but today I’m going to try something a little more Western-style. 2 cups of rice, 360ml of water, 1 corn, 1/2 onion, 60g bacon, 1 consommé cube, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 5g butter. Bring to a boil over high heat for 5-6 minutes, then reduce to low heat for 10 minutes, then reduce heat and steam for 15 minutes (without opening the lid). The lamb was simply grilled with salt and pepper. It was very fresh, with very little dripping. It was easy to carve by inserting a knife between the bones. In seasons when you don’t want to cook, you can also bake vegetables in the oven. I microwaved the potatoes for 4 minutes. Olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roasting them with herbs enhances the aroma and reduces the fishy smell. Preheat the oven to 200°C for 35 minutes. All that’s left is to make the salad, and dinner is ready. This is the watermelon salad I’ve been making a lot lately: basil, olive oil, salt, and pepper. I couldn’t find feta cheese, so I used Grana Padano instead. Its sweet and salty flavor is addictive, perfect for summer. It was cooked to perfection. Costco’s lamb has no unpleasant odor and is truly delicious. The corn rice was also cooked to perfection. Thanks to the bacon and consommé, it was almost as delicious as pilaf. The next day, I added ketchup and made it into omelet rice. I was so relieved to have had such a delicious meal today:) After the meal, I had some frozen mango pudding ice cream. It was so delicious I wondered if it was made just for the ice cream. It’s been hot lately, so please take it easy.

Since the arrival of processed foods from the United States, we've been suffering of obesity, diabetes, and high blood pressure. Limit your consumption of chemicals!

  16. You can easily make your own pancakes mix with eggs, milk, flour, and baking powder. The same goes for macaroni and cheese. Macaroni, butter, milk, flour, cheese. You have a good diet to start with, don't ruin it with American processed foods! Your life expectancy is shortening!

    シリコンジッパーはニオイが苦手なので、自分がやるなら、ジップロックにするかもです。
    コストコのお買い物紹介は、皆さんデカ過ぎるスナック菓子や、甘いお菓子を大量に購入していますが、そういう方は太めな方が殆どです。手を見ればわかります。
    ですが、TastyTimeさんのチョイスを見ていると、さすがだなって思いました。
    コストコは使い方さえ気を付ければ、太ることもないですよね。
