[Music] yeah it takes pink back with true eats volume seven and if you guys have been following me on instagram at picked on Etsy Yaga underscore but you know I’ve been doing the vegetarian cleanse for just over two weeks and I did a poll to see if you guys thought I should continue the cleanse for a full 30 days and surprisingly the majority of you guys thought that I should so thank you so much for the support because this has been fulfilling on a mental emotional and physical level it’s more than just weight loss and I’m happy because I designed this vegetarian cleanse meal plan so you guys can journey with me I can do this at your leisure and this is something where maybe you can try meatless Mondays one week and slowly take out the meat that you’re accustomed to this is honestly a meal plan that’s packed with recipes that you guys are going to love I promise okay the meal plan has a comprehensive grocery list health perspective and I do full meal preparation from breakfast all the way to dinner with desserts I take a very healthy approach I focus on serving sizes portion control and I’m not really counting calories but it’s definitely helping to change my mind about food so Eastern Standard Time but you guys so much for all of your support and let’s get into the no crap based on this grocery haul overview it’s obvious that I prefer fresh ingredients whole foods and legumes as they don’t spike my blood sugar and they keep me full for longer but to talk about some of my favs I’m really into kombucha this is one of my all-time favorites I love the flavor and of course I purchased strawberries you can do these for desserts and smoothies and I’m trying protein but you know hit or miss sometimes and I love using non-dairy milk I’m really loading up on healthy snacks with low calories and I just wanted to show you guys different ways to add flavor to your food outside of salt as well as sugar of maple syrup has been my go-to so first thing in the morning I have to drink at about 32 ounces of water I like to have my apple cider vinegar drink it’s a great way to just start the morning and I do this preferably to form our workouts a meal plan is going to feature different variations of the apple cider vinegar drink which I think you guys will enjoy because it keeps it fun as it should be I like adding a bit of hot water to just help everything blend together and then I add filtered water and just simply enjoy now for breakfast you know I want something super hearty so I’m starting off with this quinoa bean and veggie omelet we’re kind of scramble if you’d call it I’ve been really into eggs so you have to come up with different recipes to keep it interesting so I put a ton of flavor into the eggs itself and I like flavors so I’m never gonna sacrifice a tasty meal but I also like adding coconut milk to the egg mixture because it makes it creamier and it has a little bit more body next I’m gonna be sauteing bell peppers and onions and adding and cooked quinoa and great northern beans this is a great way to bulk up any meal you get your protein or get your carbohydrates that keep you full and again packing those vegetables because you want something that will sustain you but you want to feel good while you’re eating it and this honestly is a feel-good recipe for me it didn’t quite turn out like an omelette so you know you gotta finesse it a little bit and this is my egg scramble and I just topped it with some sweet potato stew which is amazing and my super delicious humus dressing and I just put some sweet potatoes alongside it with strawberries get into it because it’s so good be sure to stay hydrated I’m very active these days a lot of hit cardio so water is definitely my friend I can’t forget about snack time and like I told you guys boom chicka pop is my savior I love this sweet-and-salty kettle corn and I mix in a bit of pistachios so it gets that sweet and savory combo I love this you know when I’m sitting down editing videos like this I definitely need something to sustain me and keep me going so this is my green smoothie but get this this is a chocolate peanut butter smoothie and the reason why I love to do spinach is like I want to get my greens in any way that I can so I’m always bulking them and incorporating them into any meal I have trust me the taste is still perfect I’m adding cacao powder chia seeds I tried that protein that I showed earlier which I didn’t really like so I don’t recommend it more of a plant-based protein person especially hemp protein so this is a super thick and creamy smoothie it comes out to about 32 ounces you can drink this at your leisure but it keeps you going and keeps you full [Music] now I wanted to try out these kale veggie burgers which came highly recommended from my sister popped it into the oven super simple to prepare and I thought doing a pasta salad would be perfect and I’m throwing in zucchini green beans bell peppers tomatoes spinach and again my hummus dressing which will be in the meal plan I definitely want to get that recipe it’s sweet savory and just amazing and I’m gonna give this a nice good mix and you can pop this in the refrigerator for about 10 to 15 minutes to allow it to set and chill again I just put my kill a veggie quinoa burger right on top and it’s the perfect addition I did have some leftovers so that’s one thing that I like about these meals because leftovers can keep you on track and never underestimate your leftovers okay and I hope you guys stay committed to your journey and your purpose so which Apple Cider Vinegar Drink
1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 Cup Hot Water
App. 7.5 to 8.0 ounces of water
Mason Jar:

Quinoa, Bean and Veggie Scramble
1/2 Tsp Avocado Oil
1/4 Cup Chopped (Red/Yellow/Green) Bell Peppers & Onions
1/3 Cup (or less) Cooked Quinoa and Great Northern Beans
2/3 Cup Fresh Spinach
Mix
Two Eggs + One Egg White
1/4 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 Tsp Mrs. Dash Original Blend (Salt Free)
2 Tbsp Coconut Milk (or Non-Dairy Milk)
Top Egg Scramble with Sweet Potato Stew (available in meal plan)
Hummus Dressing (available in meal plan)
Serve with 1/3 medium sweet potato (boiled) and wo strawberries

Snack (My Favorite)
One Cup Boom Chicka Pop Sweet & Salty Kettle Corn
1/4 Cup Salted OR Unsalted Pistachios

Green Smoothie (Chocolate Peanut Butter)
1.5 Cups Fresh Spinach
1 Tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
1/3 Cup Coconut Milk (Non-Dairy Milk)
Blend three ingredients first, then add:
3 Tbsp of Cacao or Cocoa Powder (or more)
1 Tbsp Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup (processed) Bob’s Red Mill Rolled Oats
1 Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (or SunButter)
One Serving Size of Protein Powder | Nutiva Organic Hemp Protein http://go.magik.ly/ml/6gwd/ (My Favorite Protein)
One Large banana (frozen is recommended)
4 to 5 Ice Cubes
1/3 Cup Coconut Milk

Veggie Pasta Deluxe Salad (leftovers)
Prepare Dr. Praegers Kale Veggie Burgers in Oven at 450 degrees / app. 7-8 min each side
3/4 Cup – One Serving of Ronzoni Garden Delight Veggie Trio Italiano
Add tons of FRESH vegetables such as:
Green Beans, Zucchini, Tomatoes, Onions, Bell Peppers and Spinach (Baby Kale)
Add Hummus Dressing (available in meal plan)
Refrigerate for 10-15 minutes OR overnight
Serve with (half) of Kale Veggie Burger
Enjoy those leftovers!
