My name is Okashun! I’m a Japanese manga lover ๐ฏ๐ต. Today is Wednesday, and I just got off work. Hello! It’s Okashun! It’s been so hot lately, and work has been so tough. Today, I want to make a delicious dinner to blow away all that fatigue ๐. Anyway, I’m heading to my favorite supermarket! The sound of the engine gets me excited. Today, the sky is clear and blue. It’s the perfect day for a drive. After about a five-minute drive, I arrived at a nearby supermarket. It’s the only supermarket in town. Let’s go inside! Today, I’m going to try the famous Thai dish, “Gapow Rice.” First, I buy some ground meat from the meat section. Gapao rice is all about ground meat. I’ll buy some higher-quality ground beef than usual. I’m planning on making a luxurious dinner today. I bought two packs of ground beef. Next, I went to the vegetable section. I’ve loved it since I was a child, and DIY is still my hobby today. Since I’m handling heavy weights, I need to tighten the screws very tightly. If they break, it could lead to a major accident. Okay! The screws are finally tightened. Next, I’ll assemble the legs. I want to start working out quickly, but the process is complicated and it’s taking a long time to make, lol. The legs are almost finished. It took longer than I expected. Finally, I put the parts I made together. I can see the end in sight. I didn’t let my guard down until the very end, carefully tightening the screws. It’s finished! This is a great bench press. I also bought a mat to protect the tatami mat. Tatami mats are expensive, so I don’t want to damage them. I bought a black mat to match the color of the bench press. I’m particular about these kinds of things, lol. I continued connecting the mats. I was relieved that the mats were thicker than I expected. This will prevent the tatami mat from getting scratched. It also fits the bench press perfectly. It’s so heavy! I can’t do it anymore. I only managed 7 reps. I hydrated and took a break. Apparently, staying hydrated is important for strength training. It ‘s incredibly heavy. I’m at my limit, lol. I tried 40kg, 50kg, and 60kg. I reached my limit with 60kg after 5 reps. My ultimate goal is 80kg. From now on, I’m going to continue to train my pectoral muscles! I’ll use store-bought chili bean paste. I put the chili bean paste in a frying pan. I lightly fry the garlic and chili bean paste. It starts to smell amazing. I add the chopped onion and fry until soft. I’m ready to add the ground meat. The dish is almost finished. I add the ground meat to the frying pan! It would go well with rice on its own. The battle between Rengoku, the Flame Pillar, and Akaza, the Upper Rank Demon, is thrilling and heartbreaking. “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba” is full of highlights, so be sure to check it out! The second one I’d like to recommend is “Sakamoto Days”! This anime tells the story of Sakamoto, the strongest assassin, who falls in love, retires from his job, and lives a peaceful life with his happy family. However, a certain incident puts his life in danger, and he devotes himself to fighting to protect his family. What I love most about this anime is the weapons used by the main character, Sakamoto! When you think of weapons, you probably imagine guns and swords. However, the weapons Sakamoto uses are everyday items like mechanical pencils and candy. I was completely hooked. There are so many other fascinating characters besides the main character, so it’s truly entertaining. The second season of the anime has started! Please check it out! ๐ My final recommendation is “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.” This manga has eight parts, and the anime has six. What got me hooked on this anime is its unique worldview! I absolutely fell in love with how each scene uniquely portrays the characters’ emotions and the climaxes of their story. The fight scenes and battles of wits using “Stand” abilities are also thrilling. Of the various series, my favorite is the fourth. It includes not only serious fight scenes but also comedy scenes, so you’ll find it entertaining. If you’re looking for something different, be sure to check out at least the first episode! There are still so many great anime in Japan ! I’ll introduce some more recommended anime if I have the chance. I have some free time tonight, so I’m going to watch some anime too. I usually watch anime on my computer. Today, I’m going to watch the last one I mentioned, “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.” I’ve seen all of “JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure.” Today, I’ll watch a particularly interesting episode. Let’s get started! This anime has a really cool opening. It’s still entertaining, no matter how many times I watch it. I’m drawn to the unique characters. Great! Training would be a very good thing especially strength training. An advice from me since I'm also a regular gym bro: Do strength training before running though. It'd help you improve your stamina. Also, include some warm up pushups and sit-ups before the strength training. Also, if you're doing heavy weight, don't put the safety pins because if you can't lift the bar you can just tilt it one way and the weight will fall off and prevent any injury. Keep up the good work and be happy. Your videos are nice to watch ๐๐๐
