ブロッコリー

レトルトミートソース
塩こしょう
ブロッコリーを茹でておきます。
鶏もも肉に塩こしょうをし、ウインナーと一緒にバターで炒めます。中まで火が通ったら、ミートソースをかけて少し煮込みます。
