    【材料】
    赤紫蘇の葉(葉のみ)200g
    水 1.5ℓ
    キビ砂糖 600g
    クエン酸 大さじ1
    レモン汁 50㏄

    【INGREDIENT】
    200 g red shiso leaves (leaves only)
    1.5 L water
    600g cane sugar
    1 tbsp citric acid
    50 cc lemon juice

    作り方:
    1:赤紫蘇の葉を枝から取る
    2:葉を洗う
    3:鍋に湯を沸かして葉を4,5分煮出す
    4:ザルに上げて葉を絞り液体だけ鍋に戻す
    5:キビ砂糖を加え量が約半分になるくらい中火~弱火で約30分煮る
    6:クエン酸、レモン汁を入れる
    7:火から降ろして粗熱を取り清潔な瓶に入れて冷蔵庫で保存する

    How to make
    1: Take red shiso leaves from the branches.
    2:Wash the leaves
    3: Boil water in a pot and cook the leaves for 4 or 5 minutes.
    4:Put the leaves in a colander, squeeze the leaves and return only the liquid to the pot.
    5:Add millet sugar and simmer over medium to low heat for about 30 minutes until the amount is reduced by about half.
    6:Add citric acid and lemon juice.
    7:Remove from heat and store in a clean bottle in the refrigerator.
