【大食い】餃子を100個タネから作って包んで焼いてパーティータイム![美容整形について私の経験・考えを語ります]5種類タレレシピ【木下ゆうか】
Hello, it’s Yuka Kinoshita! And today… I’ve made 100 pieces of gyoza! I’ve made them all from scratch
and wrapped them And here’s how I made them! First, let’s cut the cabbage
into fine pieces Since I’ll be using
a food processor today, I’ll cut it into pieces that will
fit into the cood (???) processor When we hadn’t found food processor yet,
everyone made gyoza by hands, and cut it into pieces… [You cut me, the gyoza…?]
[Perhaps it’s for a baby?] Alright, here it is [They didn’t fit] Once they turned into fine pieces,
let’s add some salt [Mix and Mix] I feel like the cabbage’s
shrunk down in volume That means the salt is working already Once we’ve done mixing it, put away the bowl
to wait for the water comes out Lon, do you want some cabbages? Vegetarian cats
[No, thanks] Now knead the minced meat
until it gets sticky I heard it will be better
if you put in some water I saw it on Tsuji-chan’s channel It’s my first time adding in water though I wonder what’s it for…
[Maybe so it will be juicy?] Let’s keep kneading it
until the meat gets kind of white Hunter Lon! I’ve been telling Lon to stay away
from food that would get him stomachache, but my successful attempt… is only about once out of 1,000 times Don’t get near! But Lon doesn’t force his way in,
he’s such a good boy A head of cabbage,
400 grams of minced meat, and a bag of leeks Alright, I think it got
kind of whitey already I also squeezed out some water
out of the cabbage Look at how much water came out! And that big cabbage became this small! Now, let’s chop the leeks [Lon heads in]
Chop the white bits Done, and now
let’s make the gyoza fillings Back to the cabbage,
and add some soy sauce, sesame oil,
chicken stock powder, ginger the meat, and knead them Oh, I forgot the leeks, in they go! Looks good! And now, I’ll start wrapping 100 gyoza! Take out some filling
and put it into the wrapper I learned this
when I made some gyoza before If you put in too much meat,
the gyoza will look really bad Pros would wrap them no problem
even with lots of filling though And wrap it up… Look, I only put in a little
and it’s still coming out Oh no, the filling came out Well, the first try
will always be that bad piece But I’ll get better
through the latter half of this match It’s better than the last one [Wrapping all of them earnestly] I have some leftover from the meat, so I’ll just put it into some soup I’ve wrapped 100 pieces of gyoza! I sure tried hard! I’ll make five kinds of gyoza sauce! First is soy vinegar sauce Some soy sauce, vinegar,
and a little bit of chili oil Second is vinegar pepper sauce [Some vinegar]
with salt and pepper Next is miso sauce Some miso paste,
soy sauce, mirin wine, vinegar, and mix them Next is ponzu sesame oil sauce Some ponzu and sesame oil Next is mala sauce Some soy sauce, chili oil,
vinegar, sugar, garlic, some ground sesame seeds,
and Sichuan pepper And we got five kinds of sauce! All finished! At last, I’ve finished
wrapping 100 pieces of gyoza! Well then, let’s pan-fry them First, add some sesame oil
onto the hotplate, and line up the wrapped gyoza! I want to make it Hanetsuki-style
(with some crispy layers), so I’ll sprinkle
a little bit of potato starch Once you see some browning
at the bottom part, pour in some hot water And then, put on the lid I think it’s about time! Once you hear splashes, pour some sesame oil Let’s wait until we have
some more browning I’m quite worried that the oil
would splash onto the camera lense So please spare me some slack
if you see some blur because of the oil! It’s hard to see because they’re so tiny! I only realize it when I edit the video “The oil is everywhere…” They’re done once the bottom layers
got that golden brown color [Sneak-Peek] I think some lines are already done It’s hard to tell
because hotplate got uneven heating I think the middle ones are done already Time to flip them! Looks delicious! What a nice color! Okay, now I’ll reduce the heat And it’s finished! Thank you for the food! Gyoza that you made with all your heart
are sure worth eating! I got some help from my manager today I could only made it neatly
because of my manager’s advice I’ll surely struggle if I do it
while reading the recipe, so it’s nice having someone else Looks yummy! First, let’s eat it
with the orthodox gyoza sauce It’s becoming more like they’re deep-fried So good! The meat inside is also… [It was, “They’re really good but too hot!”]
[Sound of pouring water into a tumbler] They’re so crispy and delicious! [Cooling it down nicely this time] Yummy! The filling is really juicy The skin tastes so good
because it’s really crispy! I’ll grant myself
the title “Master of Gyoza” Tastes so good with rice! I also have some soup! Yum! Next is the vinegar pepper The worker at Ohsho taught me this sauce
when I had some schedule at Ohsho It’s really yummy, I tell you It tastes refreshing and peppery The vinegar gives a kind of sweet flavor [Still piping hot] Delicious Next is the miso sauce Sometimes you can find shops
that serve this sauce The rich flavor of the miso is nice! Delicious! What sauce was this again? Does it have some sesame oil or something? Oh, it’s ponzu sauce! Ponzu sesame oil! Let’s turn off the heat right away
for the next batch So hot! And this one is mala sauce It looks spicy I should’ve put more chili oil, but I’m afraid
it will worsen my throat condition so I reduced the amount a little Oh, it’s really good! It tastes really authentic! But the chili oil really hit my throat! When will it cool down?! Should I transfer them to a plate? Right, I always eat this way
when eating gyoza or okonomiyaki I can’t eat them straight
from the hot plate, so I’d cool them down first on a plate Looks delicious! [And the room got quiet in an instant] [Was it, “The miso sauce tastes good too”…?] [Even my pretty and accurate ears]
[had a hard time hearing it] The pepper tastes really good [Fixing the camera position] I really like the orthodox gyoza sauce, the vinegar pepper, and the miso sauce Lately my throat hurts often, right? So I avoid eating spicy food for a little And if I don’t eat it for a while,
I’d become weak to spicy food! I’ll become good at eating spicy food
if I eat it everyday, but will be back to my baby tongue quickly
if I don’t eat it Human’s power of reverting back
is really amazing, don’t you think? Talking about it, I remembered something I think it’s about a year ago… I got my fat removed, and… What else did I do? I’ve forgotten what I did I did this and that! Before, I had been thinking that
as long it’s not injecting something in, I would be fine with this kind of things I’ve tried various procedures before, but in the end, lately I’ve been thinking
that it’s better to not do it after all It’s not that I’m against plastic surgery, it’s just that even if you had it, you’d only look your best
around after the downtime But after that time, and maybe being a shut-in at the time
also played a factor, but I felt like my face got worse… [Rather than “got worse”, it feels like]
[it ages faster than it should have been…?] Lately I got better, right? Really, “Getting better
and living life happily with smiles is the most important thing,”
lately I realized that feeling And just like that, I earned my face back [It’s now back to the face that I like] I don’t think it’s a forbidden thing, but lately I’ve also been thinking
that it’s not something that I should need If you’re like, “So stressful…” If you make that kind of face everyday,
your face would turn into that But if you’re living life
with a smile everyday, it will become the face that you like! That’s what I think! It feels weird talking down about it
since I’ve had it before But when I had it, I got more confident
and became more positive, so I was glad I had it done Still, it will worsen quite quickly, and I think your face won’t get worse
that quickly if you just leave it alone Aging naturally is better I felt like I aged faster before… But that’s just my feeling! Isn’t it fine for everyone
to have different face? That’s what I think,
I really have a change of opinion But I think getting someone else’s help
to be more confident is also amazing But I think everyone should try
anything that they want to do In the end,
you don’t know until you try, right? [What I’m saying right now is only true to me]
[since everyone has their own thought on this] We can understand something
after we had a taste of it It’s a good thing, an experience of life [Yukabon, aren’t you saying some cool thing?] To be more positive, you can achieve that
even without plastic surgery I got plastic surgery in order
to change my feelings about myself, like to have a more positive mindset,
and to have more confidence But lately I’ve been thinking, that I could achieve those
even without plastic surgery I’ve been saying “I think” a lot today It’s just my opinion, okay?
It’s mine alone But I…
[A bad day for your throat again, huh?] I think those laser procedures are okay I guess they’re not bad It’s like, lasers can beautify… It can do this and that to your skin [Vocabularies are urgently needed!] I think those are fine, they’re not bad I sometimes have it done too Once every few months [Kinoshita is referring]
[to procedures such as HIFU treatment] I got it corrected once before,
but maybe my face worsened a little not because of plastic surgery,
but my attitude towards life! Even if I corrected my face, in the end, it got worse again
due to my attitude towards life I think that’s why I don’t see it much So keeping yourself positive
after having the surgery is important If you’re making a bad face all the time,
perhaps it would stay that way So in the end,
it’s all about your attitude towards life Right, your attitude I think we should live our life
while happily enjoying it Oh, I got it! In short, it’s okay to have the surgery done,
but if you don’t live happily after that, your face would revert back! Right, I think that’s it Like those who want double eyelids, you can’t attain those
with just attitude alone [But there many pretty people who have monolids]
[so that just shows how their lifestyle is] What’s important is what you do
after you got it done How you live your life after having it …is what I think! A Kansai person would say, “Not sure tho,”
at a time like this [Your lack of confidence is showing] [That’s it for my long-thought conclusion] Alright, I’ll fry the second batch! Now it’s time to sprinkle
some potato starch [The Right-Hand who got there too late] What have I done! Now it’s full of crispy layers! [Trying to escape reality by sprinkling]
[even more starch to the whole batch] This is bad… It might be an emergency… I bet it would get rubbery… Why did I do that…
I’m not some ninja using a smoke bomb! What should I do,
I think it’s beyond help… Okay, let’s pour some hot water in I-I think I poured in too much This will become so weird… Now they won’t even be
pan-fried gyoza anymore! [Putting in too much water]
[in order to dissolve the potato starch] Let’s take out the water Oh, the crispy layer
already formed around here It looks good! But why is the crispy layer
is only this much…? Am I making it wrong? [No matter the amount of starch, I can’t make a good crispy layer]
[That’s exactly the answer!] I bet it’s still hot Hot! But I think it fried better
than the last one! Delicious! But I feel like Ohsho’s gyoza skin
is a lot thinner than this It’s the difference between professionals
and an amateur But this is still good To have the title “Master of Gyoza”,
I need to make the skin too I think I’ll fail badly though [Don’t think it’s a good idea] I’d just make the skin thicker Crispy layer! [HOT!] It’s the soup with some leftover
from the gyoza filling It’s the third batch!
I think this would be the last I want to put all of them It’s a crowded pack! So packed It looks good! We should eat gyoza
while they’re still hot Yummy! The last batch has the best fry! I’m finished! Only the rice [I finished the soup too!] It’s the last gyoza! Vinegar pepper for the last one! Thank you for the great meal! I’ve made 100 pieces of gyoza,
and they’re really delicious! But I think it would have been better
if I put in some of my beloved cheese, [Regret] and it was quite hard to fry them But they’re really delicious Handmade food are good afterall! Wrapping all of them one by one
gradually became fun, it’s good for relieving some stress So everyone, how about
having and making some gyoza too? Thank you for watching my video! If there’s something
