Kabocha (Pumpkin) Salad Hi! Today, I’m going to make my favorite kabocha salad. You’ll need 275g kabocha, 1/2 tsp water, 90 g cream cheese, 50 g raisins, and 1/8 tsp salt. It’s a simple salad with just 4 ingredients! Peel the kabocha and cut it into thin slices. Let’s have a grownup cut the kabocha. Sprinkle the water over the kabocha. Next, cover it with a lid. Then, we’ll microwave it. The kabocha is soft, and it smells amazing! Next, we’ll mash the kabocha. Once it’s mashed, add the cream cheese and salt. Mix it together. Once it’s mixed, let’s add the raisins. Mix it together. Okay, we’re done! It looks delicious! Now we just have to plate it. Laying down some leaves first makes it pretty. All done! Wow, it looks good! Let’s dig in! Mmmm it’s good! The kabocha is fluffy. The sweet raisins and cream cheese are delicious. Making Kabocha salad today was fun! Try it at home!
