▼材料（1枚分・約25cm） / Ingredients (for 1 pizza, about 25cm)

強力粉 90g / Bread flour 90g
薄力粉 50g / Cake flour 50g
ベーキングパウダー 5g / Baking powder 5g
砂糖 6g / Sugar 6g
塩 1g / Salt 1g
水 90g / Water 90g

オリーブオイル 12g / Olive oil 12g

▼即席ピザソース（1枚分） / Quick Pizza Sauce (for 1 pizza)

ケチャップ 15g / Ketchup 15g
オリーブオイル 5g / Olive oil 5g
にんにく（チューブ）1g / Garlic paste 1g
こしょう 少々 / A little black pepper
バジル・オレガノ（あれば）適量 / Dried basil and/or oregano (optional)

粉類はポリ袋で混ぜて均一に！そのひと手間でふっくらサクッとした食感に。
Mix the flours and powders thoroughly in the plastic bag for a delightfully fluffy and crispy texture.

オーブンは250℃に予熱し、熱くした天板でカリッと焼き上げます。
Preheat the oven to 250℃, and use a hot baking tray for a perfectly crisp pizza base.
