Hello, it’s Yuka Kinoshita! And today… Today, using 30 of these bread rolls,
[It’s 25 rolls] I’ll make five type of sandwiches! I’ll make egg sandwiches,
yakisoba bread, red bean butter, croquette sandwiches,
and tartar sauce karaage sandwiches! And here is how I make it! First, cut the chicken thigh
for the karaage into bite-size pieces Because we put it into bread rolls,
cut it really small Put the chicken meat into a ziplock, and marinate it with sake Some salt and pepper And knead it And let it rest Let’s boil the eggs It’s the eggs for the eggs sandwiches, so it’s okay to boil it
until it’s hard-boiled While waiting for the eggs,
let’s make the yakisoba Put in some oil to the frying pan, and after the pan has become warm,
put in some pork bellies… …and some vegetables, then stir fry it If all’s coated with oil,

where the boiled eggs are in Add some parsley, lemon juice, mayonnaise, and mix them while smashing the eggs I like it sweet,
so let’s add a little sugar And some salt and pepper Mix some mustard and butter At last, it’s time to fill in the fillings First, let’s cut the rolls Be careful to not cut it too deep [It’s around this much] Fill the eggs salad into the bread [Hearty amount] [Finished] Next is yakisoba bread Cut the bread again,
