私達はダウンタウンの外れに【Shizuku・しずく】と言う和食の自然食レストランをしています！沖縄県料理があるように日本の「ポートランド県料理」と言ったらピンと来るでしょうか。日本と風土が似ているポートランドに是非また足を運んで貰えたらと思います。

You may have heard more about Portland, Oregon recently as this city grows as a popular tourist destination. With its direct flights to Europe and Asia, Portland welcomes visitors from all over the world who are attracted to this clean, safe city with close proximity to nature and the Pacific coast. At Shizuku here in downtown, we take full advantage of this region’s natural products to prepare authentic Japanese cuisine made from local ingredients. The beautiful and unique interior of Shizuku was designed by famous Japanese architect Kengo Kuma (Tokyo 2020 Olympic Stadium). We are only about a nine hour trip from Tokyo or London, and if you have a chance to visit the friendly city of Portland, you will be most welcome at Shizuku. I hope you enjoy my videos.
