いなり寿司の作り方です!

油揚げとお米以外は調味料だけととっても身近にお手軽に作れるいなり寿司♪

作ってもとっても簡単!

煮ものを作ったことがある人ならこんなに簡単に?!と思えるほど簡単です!

[材料]
1.お米(1合)
2.油揚げ(3枚)
3.砂糖(小さじ5)
4.しょう油(小さじ4)
5.水(150ml)
6.お酢(25ml)
7.塩(2g)
8.砂糖(小さじ2)

[material]
1. Rice (1 go)
2. Deep-fried tofu (3 slices)
3. Sugar (5 teaspoons)
4. Soy sauce (4 teaspoons)
5. Water (150ml)
6. Vinegar (25ml)
7. Salt (2g)
8. Sugar (2 teaspoons)

[作り方]
1.お米を炊きます
※水加減に注意
2.油揚げを麵棒などで伸ばします
3.油揚げを半分に切ります
4.沸騰したお湯に油揚げをいれます
5.油揚げを水で冷まし絞ります
6.水、砂糖、しょうゆを混ぜ沸騰後油揚げを入れ煮ます
7.お酢、砂糖、塩を混ぜます
8.お米に7を入れ混ぜます
9.油揚げにお米を入れます
10.完成

4. Add aburaage to boiling water
5. Cool the fried tofu with water and squeeze
6. Mix water, sugar, and soy sauce, bring to a boil, then add the aburaage and simmer.
7. Mix vinegar, sugar and salt
8. Add 7 to the rice and mix
9. Put the rice in the fried tofu
10. Completion
