【豆腐ツナチヂミ(tofu tuna pancake)】の作り方⭐️with English subtitled

    Welcome to Beauty-Healthy Korean Food channel! Today,I’ll make Tofu Tsuna pancake. First, drain the tofu. Wrap the tofu in 2 sheets of kitchen paper. Turn the tofu inside.
    Heat it in a microwave oven for 3 mins at 500w without wrapping. Drain the water from the tofu. Cut white leek in half lengthwise and cut into small pieces. Cut chive into 1 cm width. Discard the tuna oil.
    Put the tofu, tuna, white leek and chive into the bowl. Add 1/3 tsp of salt and a little pepper, 4 tbsp of flour (or rice flour), 1/2 tbsp light soy sauce. Break in an egg and mix well. Heat the pan and oil it, then put a ladleful of the mixture onto it. Heat on medium heat for about 2 mins, turn it over when it has a brown color. Press down lightly with a spatula. Add sesame oil and heat the back side over medium heat for 2 mins. If the back side is also baked, turn it over. when the dough is baked and hardened, there is your tofu tuna pancake!     1 film tofu (400 g)
    1 tuna can
    1 egg
    1/2 white leek
    1/3 bunch of chive (not necessary)
