Carrots, canned tuna, mayonnaise, mentsuyu, sugar, ground sesame, here are the ingredients. First of all, carrots, this time for two carrots, about 200g. This is just a guideline. In that case, please adjust the amount of seasoning to 150g and use a little less. And the canned tuna, this time I used canned tuna without oil. Can use any kind of canned tuna, even if it’s in oil. Use only the one you have in your kitchen. And for seasoning, I will use mayonnaise, mentsuyu, and sugar. I will use double concentrated men-tsuyu (mentsuyu). For 3x or 4x concentrated or slightly stronger flavored products, try adding a little less. I will make it with these ingredients right away. Easy recipes at home Now let’s start making them. First, shred the carrots. This time I will use a slicer to slice them and after that I will shred them. Of course, you can use a julienne slicer or something similar from the beginning. If you don’t have both, please use a knife to slice them into strips to avoid injuring your hands. If you use a slicer, just be very careful not to injure your hands. Now let’s slice. When it gets small like this, be sure to use a safety bar or something similar to slice it. I used whole carrots this time, but if you don’t care for the skin, you can peel it off. And I forgot to cut off the stem, so I’m going to cut it off. Cut this off before slicing. Have ho. now slice it. What I can no longer do, we shred with a knife. Now the thickness is about this. Then I’m going to cut off the heft of this one first and slice it in the same way. Slice like this. Then I will arrange the slices lengthwise and shred the rest here. I recommend that you cut the slices into thin strips. So I think it is better to use a slicer. If you use a slicer, you can shred very thinly as shown here. I would also like to ask you to use a carrot shiri-shiri-shiri-shiri- slicer. That would make the carrots a little thicker, but I think that would be more satisfying. If you cut them into thin strips like this, it makes them fluffy. Cut into fine strips like this. Then put all the carrots in a heatproof bowl and cover with fluffy plastic wrap. Then heat this in the microwave at 600 watts for 1 minute 30 seconds. Heated. Then please remove the plastic wrap. If the carrots are now wilted, you’re good to go. Then spread them out a little bit like this and take off the heat. If you mix mayonnaise with hot mayonnaise, the mayonnaise may separate, so spread it like this and let it stand. While the carrots are cooking, drain the water from the sea chicken. If you use the oil type, you need to oil the chicken. Again, just be careful not to cut your fingers on this can. Easy recipes at home Now I will make a simple sandwich with carrot salad. Here are the ingredients. Bread, carrot salad, lettuce, salted butter, and here are the ingredients. The bread used in this case is 8 slices of bread. This is your choice. I would also like to sandwich lettuce with it in addition to the carrot salad. And the butter will be salted butter. 自分は千切りが苦手だったのですが、スライスしてから細く切る技法のおかげで過去1で細く千切りに出来ました☺️
