・しめじ       1つ
・まいたけ      1パック
・エリンギ      1パック
・塩         少々
・お酒        大さじ1
・オリーブオイル   適量

<ピクルス液>

・だし汁    200ml
・お酢     100ml(リンゴ酢を使うとまろやかに♪)
・砂糖     小さじ1(甘さを出したい方は大さじ2~)
・醤油     少々
・赤唐辛子   2~3本
