Good morning. I bought a pack of eggs at a nearby supermarket. I can’t eat it all, so let’s use half-boiled eggs. Boiled eggs can be eaten as a snack or used for cooking. It is an egg punch sold at a 100-yen shop. I bought it a long time ago, but I forgot it because it was a sloppy one. Poke a hole in the slightly curved surface of the egg to make it easier to peel the boiled egg. With just one effort, it saves time, and the boiled egg shell came off smoothly and the finish was beautiful. Convenient to have. 100 Yen is a lot of good things. Today’s breakfast is meat udon. Meat, of course, is pork. I had half the pork top left in the fridge, so let’s use it. I’m going to fry it when I pull the oil. Canada pork is lean meat, so it has less fat. Wouldn’t it be better to put it in later? If it’s delicious, well, okay. Udon uses frozen udon. Previously, a viewer recommended it to me as a permanent job, so I started buying it from time to time. Thank you for always teaching me. Put the frozen udon on a plate and leave it in the bag. It is very convenient to use it as a bag. It’s evolved a lot. For some reason, it’s in the Kansai dialect. Put the udon in a bowl and put the meat on top. Pour the remaining hot water from the pot into the frying pan. It’s a waste of boiling water. Scrape off the umami left on the side of the frying pan to make the udon soup. Add the rest of the dashi stock and season to taste. If the taste is weak, add more mirin and soy sauce. Pour the soup over the udon in a bowl, sprinkle with green onions, and it’s done. I made boiled eggs, so I would like to eat them together. I like meat udon for breakfast. There was always a shortage of meat. Effective for stamina up. I’m so excited. It’s smooth and easy to eat, and it warms your body anyway. It’s great for cold mornings. It’s a bit late for breakfast, but I have an appetite today. That’s good evidence. Was good. My stomach is full, so I need to move a little. Let’s go for a walk then. Come to think of it, I was a little worried about the future of my uncle who had dementia. It was a good opportunity, so I wondered if there was a cheap facility for the elderly that I could pay for my pension, so I looked it up. In conclusion, it is possible to move into a cheap elderly facility that you can enter with a pension. However, there are no nursing care services, and residents themselves need to handle daily life. And if care is needed, additional costs will be incurred to use care services. In addition, low-priced facilities for the elderly that can be entered with a pension have a high out-of-pocket burden, so living expenses and admission costs may be high. Due to the large number of residents, privacy and personal space may be limited. Above all, an application is required to enter a facility for the elderly. For details on the procedure, it would be better to check in detail at the nearest social insurance office, local public facilities, etc. In any case, it seems that there is a lot of self-burden. You have to be fine, you can’t. After returning from a walk and immersed in computer work, it’s already this time. I didn’t eat lunch because I had breakfast late. Let’s take a break and have some coffee. That’s right, the other day I got tea sweets from my second son’s wife. Let’s have a snack at 3 o’clock. Kintsuba is my favorite. You know my tastes. thank you. Anyway, it’s been a while. I’m really happy to receive something that I wouldn’t buy for myself. What should I do for dinner today? Do you worry about the menu for dinner? I worry every time. After all, a quick, easy, and delicious dinner is good, isn’t it? I have leftover chicken in the fridge and I just bought some healthy yogurt. So let’s make it just right, butter chicken curry. In addition, viewers told me that curry can prevent dementia. Thank you for your teaching. Kill two birds with one stone, no, more. Oh yeah, when I was shopping at a nearby supermarket, a child around the same age as my grandson grabbed my mother’s sleeve and repeatedly called out, “I want to eat curry.” I was looking at it with a smile while thinking that I really like it. When my children were little, when I asked them, “What do you want for dinner?”, they would always answer, “Curry.” Everyone loves curry, so no doubt. Curry never fails. When I think about it, my ex-husband’s mother-in-law, who is not good at cooking, used to make curry. But you need a special seasoning to make butter chicken curry. I don’t have seasonings like cumin or cashew nut paste at home, but I’m sure it will work out. There is a canned tomato (100 yen) that I bought before the price increase, so let’s use it. Then I taste it, and if I think it’s not rich enough, I’ll do something about it with what I have at home. You know, it’s a secret, but if you add a little red miso, the flavor will be richer. It’s a perversion, but it’s the same beans, so it’s okay. Japanese fermented foods are excellent. It adds richness and umami to the taste. Then, to reduce the sourness of the tomato, add honey to the finish. I know I don’t have honey at home right now. So I added some brown sugar. Wow, it was rich and delicious. How nice. Let’s make a drink that goes well with curry. A lassi made with yogurt, milk and sugar would be perfect. My cooking is my own, so it’s always like this. Trust your instincts and try anything. I don’t care if I take a detour. There may be new discoveries. Result all right. I am happy today because I can eat delicious food. Continuing from what I said earlier, I wonder if the pension alone will cover the cost of the nursing home. I have such doubts. The issue of money in old age is important, isn’t it? First of all, you have to figure out how much pension you will receive. According to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare “Overview of Employees’ Pension Insurance and National Pension Business” FY2018, the average monthly pension in FY2018 was 143,761 yen for employees’ pension (employees and civil servants) and 143,761 yen for national pension ( e.g. ) is 55,708 yen. * Please refer to the summary column for the “Overview of Employees’ Pension Insurance and National Pension Business” for fiscal 2018. of course. The pension amount varies depending on the amount of insurance premiums paid. In my case, when I reach my 65th birthday, the pension I receive will be about 60,000 yen per month. If the long-term care insurance premium is deducted from there, it will be about 50,000 yen per month. Still, I am grateful that I am receiving a pension. But what if you can’t work anymore? What should I do if I get sick? After all, I don’t want to bother my children. Anxiety is growing. Here’s the good news. There is a special elderly nursing home (special nursing home). A special nursing home for the elderly is one of the public facilities where elderly people who find it difficult to live at home can move in. Unlike paid nursing homes, there is no one-time entrance fee, and the burden is only the monthly usage fee. The facility nursing care service fee is determined by the level of nursing care and income, so even a person like me with a low income can easily use it. However, because it is a very popular nursing home, it seems that there are times when people have to wait for years to move in. Of course. As for the cost, it seems that the monthly cost of a special nursing home for the elderly is about 50,000 to 150,000 per month. In addition, medical expenses, nursing care insurance, daily necessities, etc. will be required separately. Wow, the reality is harsh. My pension alone cannot cover it. When choosing a facility, it’s no good if you don’t have room in your budget. By the way, “pay nursing home with nursing care” is a facility where you can receive life support services such as functional training, meals, and cleaning. Of course, the cost will also change depending on the conditions of long-term care level certification (long-term care level 1 to 5) and the services provided according to the needs of the resident. It is said that some of them are ultra-luxury facilities with a move-in fee of 100 million yen. “Otamage” Bubbly remarks. There are also paid nursing homes with nursing care from pins to kiri. Nursing homes that you may enter in the future, what will you do? If it were me, it would be a cheaper place to live on my pension. By the way, my uncle lives in a “paid nursing home with nursing care”. My uncle, who is shy, uses a private room and continues to live as a caregiver while undergoing rehabilitation. The expenses cannot be covered by his uncle’s pension alone, and he seems to be living off his savings. Just in case, it’s a savings that I saved and saved. I think it was a great choice for my uncle. I hope you’re doing well. And my mother-in-law has the income from the solar power generation left by her father-in-law and a pension, so she seems to be living comfortably in a “paid nursing home with nursing care”. My mother-in-law is about to turn 100 years old. Despite having dementia, he seems to be doing well. Was good. In addition, it seems that she fell in love with a young man who was taking care of her, and that she put makeup on every day to make her look beautiful. Even though I have dementia, I feel younger when I get older. If you are looking for a nursing home where you can move in with just a pension, the conditions are strict and there are likely to be fewer options for facilities. I need more ways to save money. Let’s do our best while we can work! In order to stay healthy, I will do a little exercise before going to bed. Thank you very much for watching until the end.
