しらす干しの山芋鉄板
Today, we are going to cook grilled yam with shirasu (small fish). Ingredients are, yam 300g, dried shirasu 40g, cabbage 100g, bacon 50g, and black pepper and salt, optional sea weed, and bonito flakes 3g. We peel the yam and grind. Cabbage would be shredded in around 3mm, and slice bacon as well. Once you are done cutting ingredients, we put all ingredients together and mix with a little pepper and salt. Now we warm the pan, with a little oil. We put bonito flakes at the time in this video due to just a little mis-judgement. If you would like, you could pour a little broth of some sort here like this. For topping, we could use sea weed and green onion. When the oil get adapted to the pan, we put the ingredients on it and grill. When the bottom gets brown, we flip it over. This time we put much cabbage, we cut it in four and turn them over (it means, you could use less cabbage so that it would be more stickier). They are grilled well inside and brown on the other side, now they are done. Put toppings of your favor, and eat with Ponzu or sauce, it’s your call 🙂
今回は山芋をしらす干しと一緒に焼きました。
母は天気の良い日に友達の家の庭で昼食をこんな風にとるそうです。
おやつなどにも良いメニューだと思います。
材料:
山芋: 300g
キャベツ: 100g
しらす干し: 40g
ベーコン: 50g
塩コショウ: 少々
青のり: 好み
鰹節: 好み
