・bamboo shoots たけのこ
・fried tofu 油揚げ
・2 tbsp cooking sake 料理酒 大さじ2
・2 tbsp sweet sake みりん 大さじ2
・2 tbsp soy sauce 醤油 大さじ2
・1 tsp sugar 砂糖 小さじ1
