You can choose to use any kiwi of your choice. I prefer to use kiwi gold because I love how the 
taste is, guys. And it’s a little bit hooch. So I’ll be using to chew it. Summer is good for you 
to make a smoothie yourself smoothie and enjoy with your family. So last time if you have not 
watched the smoothie we made, kindly watch it out. And this is the second smoothie we are doing in 
our to post in our channel this summer season. We have been making some smoothies but the one I

see more of this. So I have to chop them now and put keep aside. Another thing we’re going to be 
using is avocado. Yes. So, we’re going to be using one avocado. [Music] Yes. Avocado. One. Just one 
avocado. Use your knife for your to bring it out. I am lucky that I have this avocado is good. 
Sometimes you get avocado here. It’s not going to be good. I’m lucky today to get in and this time 
around I’m very very lucky to get a good avocados. So, we have um you have to add only one avocado 
and we’re going to add banana. One banana, too. So, this is our banana. Subscribe to this 
channel. And another thing we’re going to adding is our nut. You guys know now mandel nut. It’s my 
choice. You can use any nuts of your choice. Okay. Then we’re going to add our eyes. It is summer 
time. Everywhere is hot. So to cool it down. And I’m going to be adding or one cup of milk. Just 
measure it. If you can’t measure it by looking at it, I’m adding one cup of Nick. Then I will 
go ahead to blend. Let’s clean it a little bit. And to cool your summers down, you need all this 
kind of smoothie. So have to cover cover to blend. So this is the end. I’ve already have 
blended it very nicely. So we going to enjoy it now with your family. Just share
