冬瓜虾仁汤
食材:
冬瓜:900克
干虾米: ¼ 杯
鸡蛋:2个,打成鸡蛋液
盐:看个人口味
油:1汤匙
青葱:1根(切葱花)
热水:8杯
做法:
1. 冬瓜洗干净、削皮。切成3厘米宽的 1厘长的块状。
2. 汤锅里倒入油,开中火,当油热后,倒入鸡蛋液。20秒钟以后搅拌成炒鸡蛋。然后倒入虾米,翻炒1分钟至有香味出来, 然后倒入热水至煮开。
3. 倒入冬瓜,盖锅盖,转小火炖30分钟。随后依据个人口味加盐,撒上葱花即可。
Winter melon and shrimp soup
Ingredients:
Winter melon: 900g
Dried Shrimp: ¼ cup
Eggs: 2, beaten
Salt: according to personal taste
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Scallion: 1 (Finely chopped)
Hot water: 8 cups
Instruction:
1. Wash and peel the winter melon. Cut into 1 inch wide and ½ inch long pieces.
2. Pour oil into a soup pot and turn on medium heat. When the oil is hot, pour in the egg liquid. Stir it into scrambled eggs after 20 seconds. Then pour in the shrimp and stir fry for 1 minute until fragrant. Then pour in hot water and boil.
3. Pour in the winter melon, cover the pot, and simmer on low heat for 30 minutes. Then add salt according to personal taste and sprinkle green onion.
