Good morning. Today I’ll start by making my lunch. Today’s lunch is a sandwich. First, I’ll soften the butter. I’ll make boiled eggs for the egg sandwich. I’ll grill the bacon for the BLT sandwich. I’ll cut the vegetables. I’ll prepare half of the Moomin cucumber for the BLT sandwich and the other half for the tuna sandwich . If you don’t use a Grestn knife, it will stick. I’ll wipe the water off the lettuce thoroughly. I’m in the middle of it, but my husband woke up, so I’ll have breakfast. The usual yogurt and banana. He says that this is too much these days (^^; I have to have coffee. I’ll start making lunch again. I’ll prepare fried food . Ministop nuggets ^^ They’re crunchy and delicious ( *’艸｀) My favorite tuna. I also have my favorite hash browns. Egg salad – I put a little onion dressing in the egg salad. I forgot about the bacon . I wanted to use the bacon for sandwiches, but I didn’t have it, so I cut it into 10 slices and spread butter on it. I’ll use the sandwich maker. I’ll have one more ( *´艸｀) I’ll start with a ham and cheese sandwich~ lots of mayonnaise and mustard cheese♡ The cheese from Costco’s cows is soft, so it’s easy to spread on bread and it’s really delicious♪ Next is a tuna sandwich I’ll cut it here for now Today I’ll use a cute Moomin lunch box♪ Oops, the height is just right… This is a BLT sandwich Everyone loves egg sandwiches~ I thought I could only fit about four in, but I thought I could fit one more, so I added an egg sandwich♪ It’s a two-tiered type, so I’ll put nuggets on top I’ll add some cherries that I received as a gift ( *´艸｀) I also bought some golden lychees at Costco♪ It’s finished＾＾ Well, I wonder if they’ll close (^^; It was a bit of a stretch, but I managed to get it done. Lol Please enjoy (*´ω｀*) I didn’t have time for coffee💦 I’ll start with the egg sandwich after all ( *´艸｀) It seems that they were pleased♪ Lunchtime is over! Now, let’s make dinner~ Let’s start with miso soup preparation~ Menu: ・Hiyashabu-shabu ・Stir-fried pork, bamboo shoots, and morning glory with oyster sauce ・Steamed spring rolls with hanpen, crab sticks, and edamame ・Corn rice ・Potato and new onion miso soup Today’s potatoes are Andes red ^^ They are fluffy, sweet, and delicious♪ We separated the morning glory into stems and leaves We received a lot of bamboo♪ We are grateful that they also removed the bitterness♪ We will remove the kernels from the corn Mizuna will be used for cold shabu- shabu. Thinly slice the cucumber with a peeler and roll it up. Roll the carrot in the same way. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Add corn rice , about 1 tablespoon of sake and a little salt, and cook as usual, including the core . Mix the hanpen with a chopper. Mix the crab sticks, edamame, and 1/2 teaspoon of yuzu pepper. Wrap in spring roll skin. Steam for 10 minutes. Stir-fry 150g pork belly. Add a little salt and pepper . When the meat starts to change color, add the bamboo shoots and tsurumurasaki stems. When it is cooked through, add the leaves. 1 tablespoon each of sake, mirin, and soy sauce. 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce 1 teaspoon of sugar It’s better to add garlic ^^ Boil the meat in water with sake and liquid stock. It ‘s cold shabu-shabu, but I like it slightly warm, so I boil it at the end. Add vegetables to make it more colorful ^^ Well, it’s done ^^ Please enjoy it ♪ I forgot about the sesame sauce ~ (^^; Fresh spring rolls are delicious when steamed and chewy ( * ´ 艸 ｀) For dessert, I finally got to buy the popular Mister Donut Mochurin after ordering it online 💦 This time I bought brown sugar warabi mochi and azuki beans and two other types a few days ago ♪ This is so chewy and insanely delicious ( * ´ 艸 ｀) This is already mochi, right? There’s warabi mochi inside ♪ It’s so elastic 🤣 There was azuki beans inside too ^^ Everything is so delicious ♡ Thank you for watching until the end ♪

二段式なんだけど、上段が浅すぎて
何を詰めようか悩みました😂

暑すぎてお義母さん以外少し食欲が落ちてるので
夕飯はさっぱり食べれるもので✨
お義母さん全然食欲落ちないの凄いわぁ🤣
もりもり食べてくれるので作りがいがありますね🎶

そして！やっと買えたミスドのもっちゅりん❣️
