2nd Overslept Lunch Box ChampionshipWhat kind of lunch box can you make quickly when you oversleep? I would like to test the best overslept lunch box. As with the last time, I will choose based on cooking time, nutritional value, cost, and ease of making it look like you overslept . Entry No. 1 Green pepper minced meat stir-fry lunch box First, stir-fry about 80g of minced meat. I had two colors of green peppers, so I used half of each, but you can also use one green pepper or anything. Cut them into thin strips so that they cook quickly. After putting them in the frying pan, next is the king oyster mushrooms. Cut them into bite-sized pieces and fry them. Let’s fry the bacon together. This year, I used snap peas from the garden that my dad grew. Remove the strings, cut the carrots into thin rings so that they cook quickly, and cut them into flower shapes. That alone makes it look better. Mix the egg with white stock and mirin little by little and fry it on a frying pan sheet sold at the 100 yen shop. Put water underneath to prevent burning, add a little salt, and boil the carrots and peas.I’ll tell you in advance that the 4th day’s bento is full of failures. After that, bake until everything is cooked through. When I tried to cover the eggs with foil, a little bit of the egg spilled out. If I use a sheet, it will be soft, so I’m going to look for a silicone cup of this size. Mix 1 tablespoon of water, 2 teaspoons each of mirin soy sauce sauce, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar, and 1/2 teaspoon potato starch. The peas and carrots are boiled just right, so take them out and add them to the minced meat mixed with the sauce. Sweet and spicy stir-fry of green peppers and minced meat, It goes well with rice. Season the king oyster mushroom bacon with salt and pepper and flip the eggs. Okay, everything is cooked. Cooking time is 8 minutes and 36 seconds. I put the remaining washed and cut vegetables in one tray and put them in the refrigerator so I don’t forget to use them . If you leave it to cool, it’s not good for the frying pan, so take it out. Let the side dishes cool. If you pack it in a lunch box and then let it cool, steam and water droplets will accumulate inside and under the side dishes, which is dangerous. I mixed the boiled vegetables with white stock and a little water to season them. Hmm. The eggs are thin. I think I’ll buy a silicone cup after all. I’ll measure the time I pack it for reference. But the timer isn’t visible. It ‘s not visible at all . The parts that I usually cut are all uncut this time. I really overslept that day and I’m really anxious. I’m also good at making bento lunches that don’t care about nutrition or appearance at all and are serious about speed, but if there are people who will watch such bento, I think I’ll make the next bento championship a serious speed-oriented one. Okay, it’s done. It took about 2 and a half minutes to pack it, and the cooking time is also fast, so it’s pretty good. Entry number 2: Grilled and soaked salmon bento. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and rice flour on the salmon and fry it in foil for a frying pan. Cut the pumpkin into small, thin slices so that it cooks easily. Start by cooking the things that are hard to cook first. Cook whatever vegetables you have in the fridge or your favorites. Make holes in the shimeji mushrooms and shishito peppers to prevent them from bursting. Cut the garlic into thin slices and cook the zucchini I love until it’s cooked through. Pour rice oil on the surface as well. Flip the salmon over and cover the whole thing with foil. Put 1.5 tablespoons of double-reduced noodle soup , 1 tablespoon of water, 1 tablespoon of mixed vinegar, sliced chili peppers in a tray and turn over the vegetables that you put in a little too much . Just grill everything you like and soak them in the sauce . You don’t have to think about anything, you don’t have to season each one , it’s so easy. It’s nice that you can put in a lot of vegetables. Since it’s just grilling, there’s nothing to do and it’s cooking while I’m washing up. It’s cooking. The salmon is also good. Cleaning up the dishes. Good. Good. I’ll take them out one by one. Let’s dip it in the refreshing sauce. I think it goes well with anything in the fridge at the time, such as green onions, shiitake mushrooms, and bok choy. It would be quicker if I took it all out at once with a spatula, but for some reason I take it out bit by bit. Insert chopsticks into the pumpkin to make sure it’s soft before removing it. Remove the salmon and it’s done. Cooking time is 8 minutes and 53 seconds. It cools quickly as it is soaked. This year, we will be able to harvest a lot of shiso leaves from our garden. The timer is on the screen today, the timer is on the screen today. How should I pack it? I’m packing it while wondering. Sometimes it’s nice when it fits perfectly like Tetris. There are many colors of vegetables, which is nice. These chopsticks are slippery and spicy, so it’s hard to pick up, so I blame the chopsticks and finish. It took about 2 and a half minutes to pack it on this day as well. It was a very easy and easy lunch. Entry number 3, Chicken fillet with aromatic sauce bento I cut off the visible tendons of two chicken fillets and cut them in half to make it easier to cook. I sprinkled salt, pepper, and sake little by little, covered , and steamed them. On this day, I cut up what I like and put them in the frying pan one after another . I laid a cooking sheet so that I could put water underneath to prevent it from burning . Small cuts of pumpkin. I put a little water under the carrot sheet cut into a flower shape . Enoki mushrooms, cut in half to make them easier to eat. I rubbed the okra with salt on a board, rinsed it with water, and cut the okra in half because the cross section is cute. I also removed the tendons from the snap peas and put them in. You can’t see it, but I cut a slit in the sausage cut in half. One more. You can’t see it again. Let’s make the sauce. 1.5 tablespoons each of mixed vinegar and soy sauce. 1 teaspoon each of sesame oil and ground sesame. I think I’ll chop the green onions and mix them in. I’ll chop the washed green onions. If you don’t like green onions, it’s also delicious to chop up shiso leaves or pickled plums and mix them in . On this day, I steamed everything and just poured the sauce on top. This is definitely the best. It’s easy and doesn’t require a lot of thinking. I carefully cook the chicken until it’s cooked through. If the water runs out, I add a little more. It’s medium heat, so make sure the cooking sheet doesn’t stick out of the frying pan. I mix the sauce with the green onions well. I wonder how it will turn out. The chicken fillets are already cooked. The vegetables are good too. Cooking time is 8 minutes and 47 seconds. Place on a plate to cool. Once they’re cool, pack them in a lunch box. The timer was on the screen again this day. Good. It’s a healthy lunch box with steamed chicken fillets and vegetables. My dad grew them himself, so he poured sauce on these big shiso leaves and ate them all . The way the vegetables are arranged seems to reveal that he’s type A. I like the culture of bento, where food is carefully packed into this small box . The back of the carrots were a little browned, so I wiped them with kitchen paper before packing them. It took about 3 and a half minutes to pack the tomato in. I had to put the sauce in the container. I should pour a little on the chicken fillet to let the flavor soak in. I had to tell the children to eat the vegetables with the sauce. This day was also a simple and healthy bento. Entry number 4, Shishito pepper meat wrapped bento. To be honest, I made so many mistakes with the bento that day that I thought about giving up. At such times, I was very happy to receive comments that affirmed my failures, so I will not shelv this bento and will show it to you. It was not a good choice as a late-sleep bento, but I hope you will learn from my failures. Cut the pork belly slices in half lengthwise, sprinkle a little salt and pepper on them, and wrap them around shishito peppers that have been pierced to prevent them from bursting. Sprinkle with rice flour or soft flour and bake. If you bake them with the end of the roll facing down, they will not come off easily. Pork belly slices come in various thicknesses depending on the supermarket, but if they are thin and cut in half lengthwise , they will cook quickly. It took 2 and a half minutes just to wrap the main meat. I had one left, so I will use it the next day. Pop an egg. I’ll also add crab sticks as a special treat. I mixed in a little white dashi and mirin. I used snap peas again today. I put an egg on the sheet and added water to prevent it from burning. I will try using a tool I recently bought that can cut carrots into thin strips. Shred. Huh? I can’t cut them into thin strips. It’s flying all over the place, so I’ll try moving it to another place. Here it is. I understand how to do it a little, but Mama is a little angry because it’s all messy. This is a convenient item for making things like rapées when you have time. I’m sorry for saying this because it’s my fault for being enthusiastic and not knowing how to use it. Now, let’s pull ourselves together. Cut the zucchini into rings about 1 cm thick. These sausages are the same size and make a cute and delicious side dish. Cut each one into a flower shape and replace the inside. It’s a cute side dish that can be made quickly and easily. At this point, I forgot to put cheese on the bottom of the zucchini. Mama is still in a panic about the carrots. I also cut the bell pepper into thin strips and added it to the carrots. Zucchini softens when baked, so if you put a little cheese on the bottom and bake it, it won’t peel off and it will be nice. Take out the green beans , put a little sesame oil on the carrots, pour a little sake on the meat rolls, and cover with aluminum foil. I can’t see the timer at all. Flip the eggs. Ah, it’s here that Mama finally realizes that she forgot the cheese. I’m completely depressed. There are days like this. Rescue the mushy eggs. A little salt for the crumbled zucchini. Salted kelp and roasted sesame seeds for the carrots and peppers. Anything tastes good when mixed with salted kelp, sesame oil, and roasted sesame seeds. Put water in the empty pot to prevent it from being cooked dry. Shishito is delicious with salt and pepper, but for some reason I add 1 tablespoon of mirin, 1 teaspoon of sugar, and 2 teaspoons of soy sauce and simmer it down. If I had salt and pepper, it would have been ready already. Well, it’s good to mix it with sauce, so it’s fine. Okay, it’s done. The shine looks delicious too. Cooking time is 13 minutes and 10 seconds. It took too long, so this is not a late-night bento, but a normal bento. The eggs are misshapen, so I’ll cut them out into a flower shape to recover them. The timer isn’t visible. I’m packing it as hard as I can, but I can’t see the timer again. I had planned to make it sooner, but I made a lot of mistakes and unfortunately this bento didn’t make the cut. It didn’t make the cut as a sleepover bento, but everything tasted good, so it’s fine as a bento. The carrots are very small, but if you don’t like carrots, they’re easy to eat. Steaming the eggs also makes them chewy and delicious. Just being able to make any kind of bento is 100 points. It took 4 minutes to pack. It didn’t make it, but it was a delicious bento. Now, the results are in. First place was the grilled and soaked salmon bento and the chicken breast bento with aromatic sauce. They were tied. The green pepper and minced meat stir-fried bento was also close. Thank you for watching. Thanks. See you again.
