お店の外観からメニューデザイン、内装 あらゆるところに女性らしさを感じますねぇ・・・
屋号もふ和たま・・・漢字一文字入れて女性らしい可愛らしさ!(旦那さんの命名とは・・聞かなかったことにします うっふふ)こんな女性ばかりのハーレムみたいなお店に漢一人 ペルシャの大公気分(笑)今頃かいと言われましょうが 寿司ビさん声が若いなぁ・・・

とーほぐには名古屋から西の食べ物のお店が無い(少ない)のでお好み焼きはあるけど広島お好みはないと思ってました

盛岡で食べたとんこつラーメンも同じ。高菜も置いてないし紅しょうがもない、玉子麺だし。
広島焼きではないね・・広島風お好み焼きはクレープ状に薄く焼いた生地を蓋にして蒸し焼きにしていくから、生地を全部混ぜて焼き上げるのは大阪のお好み焼き+ヤキソバたまご乗せって感じ。この作り方はブタ肉が焼き過ぎなくておいしく食べられそうでいいね・・

広島焼き、大阪モダン焼きではないけどおいしそう。
歳取ったら、大阪の普通のお好み焼き+焼きそばの方が食べやすくなった。
でも、お好み焼きなんで何でもあり!お店の勝ちw
マヨビームするかしないかで大阪と広島は分かれる気がします。
本当の大阪のマヨはマヨ+辛子+酢が基本だと思ってます。
