【牛すじ&コンニャク煮込み】の作り方
【INGREDIENTS】The amount I’m making in the video is for around 8 portions.
☆400g Beef Tendon
☆400g Konjac
☆2tbsp Sake (Rice wine or white wine)
※As for the sake used for cooking, cheap sake for cooking is sufficient.Drinking Japanese Sake is more expensive, so it’s a waste to use it for cooking.
☆4 tbsp Sugar
☆4tbsp Soy sauce
☆2tbsp Mirin (Sweet rice wine)
※If you don’t have Mirin, you can make it with sweet white wine or Sake and honey or sugar instead.
In that case, the ratio of Sake or white wine to honey = 3tsp to 1tsp (Actually,0.8,a little bit less than 1tsp of honey)
If you need 1 tablespoon of mirin, you can make it by mixing 1 tablespoon of white wine and a little less than 1 teaspoon of honey or 1 tsp of sugar.
☆400ml Dashi (Soup stock) ※Instant powder soup stock is also acceptable.
☆Chopped Green spring onion
☆Sprinkle Chilli peppers if you like.
※ If the taste is not enough, add sugar or soy sauce as you like.
★ JAPANESE SOUP STOCK【DASI】かつおと昆布の合わせだし★
【材料】動画内で私が作っている量は基本の約8人前なので、作り置きしない場合は半分の量で作って下さい。
牛すじ肉 400g
こんにゃく2枚(すじ肉と同量ぐらい)
酒 大さじ2
砂糖 大さじ4
醤油 大さじ4
みりん 大さじ2
出汁 2カップ(400ml)インスタント粉末出汁でも可
きざみ青ねぎ 適量
★お好みで一味や七味をふりけるとスパイシーな味を楽しめます
※ 途中味みして味が足りないようであればお好みで砂糖と醤油を足してください。
