・にんにく　　2㎝

・しょうゆ　　小さじ1
・かたくりこ　大さじ2

★タレ
・しょうゆ　　大さじ2
・みりん　　　大さじ1
・す　　　　　大さじ1
・さとう　　　大さじ2

・いりごま　　てきりょう
・あぶら　　　大さじ3

《つくりかた》
~下味づくり~
①手羽中をふくろにいれる
②しょうが・にんにく・醤油をいれてもみこむ
　5分間置いておく
③❷の中に片栗粉をいれる

~タレづくり~
④フライパンに醤油・みりん・酢・砂糖をいれて煮詰める
⑤❸を❹の中に入れてからめる
⑥ごまをかけて出来上がり★
