【ほうれん草のナムル(spinach Namur)】の作り方⭐️ with English subtitled

    Welcome to Beauty-Healthy Korean Food channel! Today, I’ll make spinach namul(Korean spinach side dish). Let’s start with the preparation. First, put the salt in the water and boil it. Cut off the root of spinach and wash well with running water. Put the spinach in the boiling water from the axis and add it all after 30 seconds. Boil for another about 30 seconds. Cool the boiled spinach in cold water and squeeze. Add 1/2 tsp of sugar and mix. Next, add a little soy sauce, 1/2 tsp of sesame oil and mix well. Taste and adjust the taste with soy sauce and salt. Add 1 tsp of sesame seeds.
    It is delicious even if you add a little grated garlic as you like. After you mix well, there is your spinach namul!! Spinach is very rich in vitamins and minerals.     醤油 小さじ1/2
    ごま油 小さじ1/2

    ※すりおろしにんにく 少々(抜いてもOK)
