Kenta Shokudo’s delicious-looking dish: sardine namero. What a good big brother! I’ll try cooking Grandpa’s eggplants like this! Carefully select the eggplants — thicker ones are better. Cut them in half, and score each half. Use ground pork. Add salt and knead the mixture. Shape it into oval patties, and sandwich them between the eggplant halves. Don’t worry if some of the filling sticks out — that’s totally fine. Pan-fry in oil until golden. Serve with karashi soy sauce. Once it’s done, plate it up — and enjoy! Once again, eggplant and ground meat are a perfect match. I’m sure your little brother will love this! Try sandwiching some ground meat in eggplant!
