サラダ油大さじ1
柚胡椒やブラックペッパー、一味唐辛子などお好みで添えて出来上がり♪
フープロが無ければあらかじめ挽肉になってる鶏から始めてもオッケ👍
フライパンで裏表7分ずつ🍳グリルしたよ
後半は蓋して蒸し焼きした✌️
むね肉よりもも肉で作ってほしいかな♪
